Great hotel and great stay
Pros:

Excellent breakfast and facilities .
The location and ambience is excellent and we loved the staff behavior set up of the rooms in the 3rd Floor .
The view was excellent .

Cons:

The fountain was nor working and the swimming pool area may be enhanced with new recliners which are in the Pool .

Good stay . Would recommend.

It’s located centrally with mostly all essentials around

Cons:

The restaurant Rangoli - there was a manager who asked us to get from a table since we were just 2 of us … Inspite of the whole restaurant being by empty.

Room was good and good welcome snacks.

Cons:

Food at Breakfast as well as at dinner were not good. The spread of Buffet Breakfast was not upto ITC standard very average and taste too was poor.
