Well kept 5 star resort kind of place with excellent serivce staff

Next to the campus and ease of entry and exit - walking Distance to most places

Pros:

Location is excellent, rooms are spacious, clean and maintained.

Cons:

At some places in the Gallery, Airconditioning water was dripping and hotel staff has put towels. This must be sorted out as it gives ugly look and shows complacency on maintenance.

Home away from home
Pros:

The staff at the front desk, at the restaurant (krishna, Biraj, Satish and the girl in a black suit whose name was not visible) and Housekeeping (Prasana) were exceptional. The hotel felt home away from home. The location is exceptional and comfortable to get around the city.

Cons:

Nothing except the size of bathroom. Need to make it bigger or design better during next renovation.
