Buena ubicación, cerca de los principales ejes de comunicación de Sao Paulo.
Instalaciones antiguas pero con un mantenimiento razonable.

Cons:

No hay lugares de ocio/restauración cercanos.
Deficiente climatización en el cuarto. No conseguí que la temperatura subiera de 20 grados centígrados

Ducha muito boa, cama estava confortável e café da manhã foi bom

a acústica, a pessoa ao lado deixou o celular no vibra e toda hora tocava e eu acordava com o barulho, meu sono é muito leve, a parede de um quarto para outra é um gesso horrível.
