Viešbutis paliko gerą įspūdį. Erdvus, elegantiškas ir jaukus, su aukštomis lubomis bei išpuoselėtomis bendrosiomis erdvėmis, kuriose malonu leisti laiką. Kambariai dideli, patogūs ir komfortiški. Ypač patiko gausūs ir kokybiški pusryčiai. Taip pat jaučiamas dėmesys saugumui, veikia patikros sistema, todėl svečiai gali jaustis ramiai ir užtikrintai. Bendra atmosfera labai maloni, svetinga ir reprezentatyvi.

Cons:

Vonioje dušo šlangelė leido vandenį pro šonus. Visą savaitę neveikė lauko baseinas. Buvo teigiama, kad dėl techninių kliūčių, tačiau susidarė įspūdis, jog viešbutis tiesiog nebuvo tinkamai pasirengęs sezonui. Suprasčiau, jei baseinas neveiktų 1–2 dienas, tačiau atvykus savaitei į konferenciją ir tikintis po darbų atsikvėpti lauke, už tokią kainą tikėtasi didesnio komforto.

Taip pat nustebino, kad 5 žvaigždučių viešbutyje kambariuose nėra kavos aparato. Šiais laikais tokią paslaugą dažnai siūlo net daugelis 3 žvaigždučių viešbučių visame pasaulyje.

Vieną rytą apie 30 minučių negalėjome sulaukti liftų, norėdami nusileisti į pusryčius dėl didelių žmonių srautų. Kambarių tvarkymo personalas informavo, kad laiptais naudotis negalima ir reikėjo laukti liftų.

Privažiavimas prie viešbučio gana sudėtingas dėl siaurų gatvių, o aplinkiniai šaligatviai taip pat labai siauri, todėl vaikščioti pėsčiomis nėra itin jauku.

Apskritai, viešbučio kaina neatitiko suteikto komforto ir lūkesčių, kurių tikimasi iš 5 žvaigždučių viešbučio.

Qualité des installations. Le calme et la vue (étages supérieurs). Le petit déjeuner, piscine intérieure, hammam, sauna … Personnel a l’écoute et compétent.

Cons:

Vérifier avant réservation si piscine extérieure est ouverte (ce qui n’était pas le cas pour nous) mais avons été surclassés.

We were left with a very unpleasant impression of this hotel. During check-out, a staff member told us there was an issue with our reservation and asked to see the booking confirmation on my phone. He then took my phone and, without informing me or asking for my permission, left a review on my behalf. I consider this completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

In addition, the breakfast was very poor, with limited variety and low-quality food. The food served in the main restaurant was also disappointing and lacked flavor. Overall, the service and dining experience did not meet our expectations.
