Pros:

The staff were all so accommodating, which we really appreciated. The room was super comfortable.

Cons:

There were some issues with an overcharge from the spa that took longer than I would have liked to sort out. I was really tired and your system went down, on top of everything else.

A wonderful stay with excellent service we will definitely be back.
Pros:

This was our second stay at Hilton Istanbul Bomonti, and it once again exceeded our expectations. We visited Istanbul twice this year and chose this hotel both times because of its consistently excellent service, welcoming atmosphere, and genuinely helpful staff. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return again.
