Pros:

The hotel is set in the most beautiful garden, full of colourful flowers, butterflies and the occasional hummingbird. The breakfast was the best we had on our month long stay in Mexico. The staff were really welcoming.

Cons:

We had 2 rooms. The newer of the 2 was bright, spacious and beautiful. The other was in the older section and was little dark and slightly musty.

Hotel pequeño, muy bonito, cómodo y personal super amable
Pros:

Un hotel pequeño, con un patio interior lleno de plantas, flores, estanque de peces … La habitación decorada con mucho gusto y cómoda. Desayuno fantástico y todo el personal super amable.

La suit complio nuestras expectativas: limpieza, espacio, la tina ofrece un espacio de relajación y descanso, el hotel tiene jardines muy bonitos y relajantes. El desayuno muy bueno y lo pueden llevar a la habitación. Muy recomendable.

Pros:

The staff was great and Katerina stood with her big warm smile. The lady runningthe dining room was sweet and very responsive. Hulio the manager also took care of us. And finally the guy who looked after the garden and rooms was very helpful. The room was beautiful (we were upgrade to a king). The bed very comfortable. The art on the walls was great. Location perfect. We recommend this special inn.

Pros:

Esta lleno de plantas y flores, tienen una decoración muy bonita y el desayuno es excepcional.

Cons:

Mucha humedad en las habitaciones, tuvimos alergia todos los días, cama incómoda, muy blanda. No es tan cerca del centro. Además se les olvidó hacer la habitación un día. Nos tocó pedir en varias oportunidades que nos apuntaran en los tours porque se les olvidaba.

Enchanted Garden - Really a boutique hotel.
Pros:

Beautifully decorated room, garden was a marvel to walk through, staff super kind and helpful. The food was also very good. Location was great. Short walk to city center.

Cons:

Parking on the street was possible but away from the hotel entrance. For the luggage, it was a bit of a nuisance, as you cannot stop on the hotel street. Our sink was leaking so the bathroom floor would get super wet, but the cleaning staff was superb.

El personal del hotel muy amable, desayuno rico y estás a 12 minutos caminando de la plaza.

Cons:

Nuestra ducha no funcionó durante nuestra estancia, a pesar que lo reportamos 3 veces el agua o salía hirviendo o helada, después de los tours y estar todo el día fuera lo que más necesitas es una buena ducha. Y en la habitación hacía frío. El último día una de las camas estaba completamente mojada por una gotera en el techo, nos cambiaron de habitación a una superior (cosa que es de agradecer) y la tina no la pudimos utilizar porque no funcionaba el tapón. Al menos la ducha fue buena. Las toallas ya merecen un cambio.
