El acceso a las instalaciones, la puerta de entrada no cerraba y muy deteriorada, puertas correderas de separación rotas, el baño viejo y sucio (lo peor), las cristaleras de separación a la calle filtraba el aire, pocos utensilios en la cocina y electrodomésticos viejos

Apenas utilizamos o hotel para pernoitar e pegar o ferry no dia seguinte. O quarto era grande.

Cons:

Tive que deixar meu carro na rua a noite, não havia informação suficiente sobre o estacionamento. O quarto tem um degrau que forma um tablado grande de madeira que fica rangendo quando você anda. O quarto e o banheiro eram bem velhos, é necessário uma reforma. Não há recepção, tudo é feito automatizado ou pelo app do booking mesmo.

Pros:

We have stayed at a lot of properties but this will the one we stick with. Location great, balcony, has everything you need and good TV and comfy bed.

Cons:

Missed the check in process but we did book late and arrived after reception was closed.

Beyond perfect!!!
Pros:

Check in and check out process was smooth. They also do online check in 1-2 days before your date of reservation which was helpful and no time spent at reception. The amenities were perfect for our one night stay at wellington. Room and bathroom had heating facilities which kept us warm during our stay. They had washer/dryer too along with clear instructions. There was a small welcome note too. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Great location, comfortable space. Ideal for weekend in Wellington.
Pros:

Spacious room. Balcony for air, washer dryer if needed. Everything you need. Great host who provided everything we needed. Nice place.

Cons:

Wall in bedroom is to the hallway and can hear other apartment doors closing. Floors are quite noisy as well. But place was clean and comfortable.

Pros:

We stayed here for 3 nights and it had what we needed (including a washing machine and dryer which was great). It is an odd check in though as you dont actually speak with anyone to check in. You are given a lockbox code then you just let your self into the corridor and into your room. The balcony is good in theory but it is not covered and has really no views, it could also do with some general maintenance outside. The bathroom was in need of an overhaul, the toilet was really low to the ground, the sink was tiny and the shower was also really tiny. Apart from that it suited our needs and was close everything

Lage sehr gut
Pros:

Die Lage ist genial. Direkt neben die i-SITE und das Zephyr Café zum Frühstücken. Und das Te Papa ist auch nicht weit. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und haben eine kleine Küchenzeile.
Es gibt keine Rezeption vor Ort aber auf Emails wird zügig geantwortet.
Die Studios sind im 4 Stock.

Cons:

Das Haus und die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen (außer einem Gym steht das Haus anscheinend leer).
Leider hat der Wäschetrockner nicht funktioniert.
