Nice surprise in Tulum, quiet hotel with huge pool
Pros:

A good surprise in Tulum. The pool of the hotel is huge and it is nice to spend some time there specially when the beaches in Tulum are full of sargassum.
The staff of the hotel were very nice and the rooms (triple) was spacious.

Cons:

Nothing to report in terms of potential improvements.

L’accueil est très chaleureux.
L’hôtel est très beau avec une grande piscine magnifique et un jardin luxuriant. On est au calme .

La grande piscine, même si elle n’est pas hyper propre, elle est top.

Le parking juste devant.

À 5 minutes de la place centrale pour faire la fête.

Depuis les sargasses, Tulum c’est pas génial mais c’était quand même une belle étape.

Sehr sauber, großer Pool und sehr nettes, hilfreiches Personal. Gut helfen zum Palma Food Markt.

Cons:

Der Pool war sehr warm und wurde in vier Tagen nicht gereinigt. Einfaches Frühstück ohne Abwechslung.

Pros:

Le jeune homme a l accueil est très agréable et prêt à rendre service dès qu il le peut
Hôtel un peu loin du centre la ville…voiture nécessaire

Cons:

La SDB aurait besoin d un coup de fraîcheur, traces d humidité sur les murs. Les serviettes auraient besoin de renouveau aussi.
Autour de la piscine, que 2 transats de disponibles( vieillissants )alors que pleins de matelas
Il y a un coffre fort dans la chambre mais pas de clef 🤷‍♀️
Le PDJ est correct …mais pas exceptionnel
On ne nous propose pas les omelettes ou œufs au plat si on ne demande pas

Hôtel proche du centre dans une rue calme.
Très bon rapport qualité et prix
Pt déjeuner très basique, mais agréable sur la terrasse de la piscine
Lits confortables

Cons:

Coupure d'eau au moment de la douche,
l'hôtel a besoin d'un pt rafraichissement, les photos donnent bien sur le site, mais on ne peut pas regarder de très près.

Big room. Breakfast good. Nice pool.

Cons:

Facilities were a bit run down.
Staff were hard to find. No one at reception, but they were always friendly.
Water was turned off first thing in morning. When the water was on, the shower was very good.
Almost no one else staying in the hotel so very quiet atmosphere.
