The reception staff were lovely and very accommodating. The breakfast was good.
I don’t usually write reviews but I needed to for this hotel. There is a huge mould problem at this hotel and I would NOT recommend staying here because of it. After spending an hour in the room, my asthma was triggered. It was so bad that I requested to move rooms - it was only slightly better. There’s black mould EVERYWHERE. The bath was not connected to the wall and therefore there must be huge amounts of mould inside the wall. We had black mould dripping down the door in the bathroom, it clearly hadn’t even been wiped in months. There was black mould on the walls in the bedroom next to the beds and the bedding felt wet it was so damp. It wasn’t even just our room, the majority of the people on our intrepid tour had exactly the same problems - two even paid extra to go into a different hotel because of how bad it was. Please avoid!

The breakfast was great & good hours it was being served. We had a balcony room and that was really good. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Also good that drinking water was always available.
Some other guests were very noisy at night but this is not the fault of the hotel. The location had some good aspects with easy access to the lakes near West Lake and proximity to things like massage, pedicures etc, but it was a long hot walk to many of the city attractions that tourists want to see. The advertised Massage Spa was actually a taxi ride away so that was not ideal.

Il est bruyant, mauvaises odeurs, vétusté des salles de bain. Climatisation non entretenue....
Personnel aimable, mais qui laisse une drôle d'impression...

Excellent location just outside de the old quarter. service was outstanding and breakfast was perfect.
Halls were a bit noisy and heard from early morning how cleaning ladies worked and talked outside the room. Everything else was perfect!
В плане проживания отель полностью оправдал ожидания. Персонал очень дружелюбный. Номер убирался регулярно. Очень хорошие завтраки. До всех основных достопримечательностей и старого города буквально 10-20 минут на такси за небольшие деньги. Можно дойти и пешком, но при такой стоимости такси, не совсем разумно тратить время, которого и так не хватает. Отель и персонал оставил приятные впечатления.
По номеру единственное замечание, это душевая. После каждого принятия душа, вода разливается на половину ванной комнаты. Местоположение отеля не совсем удачное в плане кафе и перекусов. Кафе где можно поесть в округе практически нет и они в основном ориентированы на местных жителей. Поэтому чаще ужинали в старом городе. Или мы просто не смогли их найти.
