Pros:

The room was spacious and nice. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very nice and helping. The location is great.

Pros:

Very comfortable bed, large room and good location.

Cons:

Even though the front desk was working hard, there was often some wait at the front desk.
One elevator was in maintenance, and the other two elevators were slow.

When I arrived, even though my room was ready, I would have had to pay an early check-in fee if I wanted to access the room before 14:00. That feels like nickel-and-diming and is not great for a first contact.
