Schönes Hotel für unseren Kurztripp in Heidelberg
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel mit guter Ausstattung u Lage zur Altstadt.

Im Gebäudekomplex war auch ein Edeka drin - konnten so Getränke füpr die Radtour unkompliziert kaufen.

Sehr nettes Personal an der Reception.

Das wir die E-Bikes mit auf das Zimmer nehmen konnten war überraschend, aber auch etwas eng - aber wenn der Schlafsessel nicht aufgebaut ist konnten wir die Räder einigermaßen gut im Zi hinstellen. Aber die großen Bikes sind dann schon auch eine herausforderung rein u raus zu bekommen im Zi.

Das Bad war dagegen schön groß und hell. Nur an paar Ecken konnte man Schäden erkennen, wenn man genauer hingeschaut hat.

Das Zi ( 334 ) ansich war sauber und hatte sogar ne Klimaanlage, die wir auch ghenutzt haben.

Das Frühstück war gut, die Atmosphäre auf der Terrasse etwas ungemütlich, da diese nicht wirklich schön aufgebaut ist mit niedrigen Rattanstühlen.

Habe ich teilweise mit oben in den Text gepackt

Ach da war noch was: ab u zu hat es gefipst in dem Zi - keine Ahnung was das war. Ob das vonn der Klima oder anderer Herkunft war. Ging auch wiedrr web, kam aber auch wieder

Und unser Doppelbett war von der Liegefläche etwas kleiner u die Matratze etwas unbequem.

Einmal in der Pyramide übernachten reicht.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine ausgefallene Architektur. Die Parkgarage ist kostenlos.

Cons:

Das bestellte DZ mit zwei EZ bekamen wir erst nach Reklamation. Das Zimmer kann man nicht komplett verdunkeln. Es gibt keinen Kühlschrank. Das Frühstück ist auf die basics plus Weisswurst beschränkt. Die eine KAffeemaschine fiel am Pfingstmontag aus und es dauerte 15 min. bis sich jemand fand der Auffangbehälter leerte und die Milch auffüllte.

Pros:

Super zentrale Lage. Direkt an ÖPNV Anschluss, direkter Parkplatz in Tiefgarage mit Supermarkt. Nettes Personal, sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war ein Katastrophe. Teller, Gläser, Messer Kaffeetassen ständig leer und nicht verfügbar. Bei den Rührei bin ich nicht sicher, was das gewesen ist. Ein tierisches Ei war das nicht. Ungenießbar und für den Preis von 17.50€ nicht verständlich. Die Brötchen fanden wir auch nicht schmackhaft, wie aufgetaut und nicht gebacken. Etwas Gummi artig.
Frühstück würde ich nicht mehr buchen, falls ein weiterer Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel für mich in Frage kommt.

Sehr freundliches Personal kommt noch immer bemüht für uns da zu sein
Für uns optimale Lage, das Angebote Parkgarage unter dem Haus ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer modern, sauber und hell sehr ruhig. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.
