Magnifique séjour pour passer la dernière nuit à Vienne
Pros:

La chambre était de grande taille et très bien agencée. Spacieux et lumineux avec de nombreux rideaux. Mobilier de bonne qualité et espaces bien agencés.

Terrible hotel and service
Pros:

Terrible. Hotel standard is very poor. It’s1 or 2 star hotel. Cleanliness is terrible, need paint in rooms and corridor, staff is not helpful at all. Room was not ready.

An exceptional stay with beautiful rooms, fantastic design and a hotel I would happily book again.
Pros:

We booked two rooms and both were absolutely stunning. My partner and I somehow ended up with what felt like a penthouse suite on the 7th floor with the most incredible view, It genuinely felt like something you would find in Manhattan and it made our stay feel really special. The family room for our boys was also fantastic, very spacious, beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable. The design throughout the hotel is stylish, modern and feels far more luxurious than we expected.

Cons:

The only tiny thing I would have changed is the lack of USB charging sockets in the rooms. It is such a minor point because everything else was excellent, but having built in USB ports would have been a nice modern touch.

SAUnabereich offen für Straßenkeime
Pros:

Vorhandensein von Sauna und Dampfbad.

Cons:

Die Tür zum Saunabereich ist nicht mehr nur mit Zimmerkarte zugänglich, sondern steht immer offen (das Schloss wurde überklebt). Personen in Straßenkleidung und Straßenschuhe kommen in den Nacktbereich und suchen meist die Terasse. Sie betreten unhygienisch mit Straßenschuhen die Nasszellenbereiche.

Schönes Hotel mit Verbesserungspotential.
Pros:

Nähe zur U-Bahnstation.

Cons:

Die Begrüßung am Anreisetag war eher etwas unpersönlich und "kühl". Es wurden am Empfang die notwendigen Formalitäten abgearbeitet. Keine Nachfrage, ob man eine gute Anreise hatte oder ähnliches.
