Pros:

Já é a 2 vez que fico no hotel a localização é ótima do lado da passarela do álcool, restaurantes,mercado farmácia tudo próximo os funcionários são educados tem 1 de óculos acho que é chileno e muito prestativo em td parabéns a ele pela cordialidade, café da manhã maravilhoso enfim recomendo

Cons:

Apenas o barulho em alguns momentos por ser do lado da pizzaria porém é irrelevante pois as 23 já não tem mais barulhos e é no centro não tem como não ter algum ruido

Localização muito boa, entre o centro histórico e a passarela do álcool.

Cons:

O quarto tinha um cheiro do esgoto, não pela limpeza, acredito que seja da tubulação. Muito barulho dos hóspedes, ficamos no térreo e dava para ouvir varrendo e andando do quarto acima.

Atendimento desde a hora da chegada até a saída, o café da manhã, tudo foram excelentes.

Cons:

Último dia de hospedagem do dia 11/05/2026 ao dia 12/05/2026 as 5:40 da manhã um som alto da loja After Conveniência em frente ao hotel nos acordou e não conseguimos voltar a dormir.

Fomos acomodadas em um quarto péssimo e com a janela de outro quarto dentro do nosso.
Cheiro de mofo e dava pra ouvir o banheiro do quarto de cima. A porta do banheiro não fechava e tinha cheiro forte de urina.
