Important information:

Rental guests must be 25 to book and the booking credit card will be charged for the full amount the morning of the arrival.

All guests must stop at Security for dash pass and have printed confirmation and matching photo ID available. These are also required for registration.

Resort is located in a guarded and gated, private community. Rental guests cannot authorize other guests to enter the Village so all rental guests need accommodations in their proper names.

Please contact the resort the day of the arrival to obtain lockbox code and instructions as resort is 100% contactless.
No smoking in units, no pets are allowed and the resort does not allow parking for boats, RVs, or trailers.

From Security, travel two miles and turn left onto Los Lagos Drive, go past empty guard station and follows signs to Check-in/Clubhouse.

Check in time is no earlier than 4:00 PM and check out is no later than 10:00 AM.

All guests must comply with noise ordinance and there will be fines/fees for excessively dirty units and damages.

The resort is subject to Timeshare Declarations and covenants. All amenities are use at your own risk.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Al momento del reclamo por el sofá actuaron rápidamente para reemplazarlo. Agradezco la gestión de Carrie y la simpatía de Melanie

las instalaciones no están al nivel de una puntuación por encima de 8 de booking. La habitación más chica que alquilamos estaba en el nivel -1, muy oscura, acceso sucio, sin ventanas hacia el bosque, con un sofá cama roto que nos reemplazaron por suerte, una piscina agua caliente en condiciones no óptimas. La cocina de la habitación estaba bien y la ducha pequeña (para personas que midan menos de 1,65 m)
Sospecho que nos mandaron abajo porque fuimos con una niña de dos años. Nos quisieron mantener alejados !

Wonderful stay.
Pros:

The grounds were nice, the room was clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything you could need and the furniture was comfy. The bed was nice and the huge tub was a treat. It was a great location close enough to everything, when you stepped out onto the balcony to see the view of the lake behind our unit you still felt like you were in the woods.

The response given by Edna Melton expressing that my husband and I were not educated enough to operate a shower. THE SHOWER WOULD NOT COME ON, POINT, BLANK, PERIOD!!!!!!! YOUR DEFINITION OF DIRTY WAS US SLEEPING IN THE BED AND THE USE OF A FEW TOWELS.. NO TRASH OR USE OF DISHES OR ANYTHING IN THAT ROOM. Please take some time to upgrade the rooms while you are in the mood of downgrading your visitors intelligence. Again, besides the shower not working, it could have been a pleasant stay. By the way, we left early as I previously mentioned to Carrie that we were there for the Volleyball tournament at the convention center and the first game started at 8am. Please don't make it seem as if we abandoned the room. Of course we could not wait for maintenance to come around if my priority was meant to be elsewhere. You have a great day!
