One of the best hotel experiences
Pros:

My family and I stayed here during our vacation week. Very quiet area for being RIGHT next to the airport and a busy highway, I was very surprised. The breakfast here was amazing and fresh. The price is a bit high but the free breakfast and free shuttle service makes up for it. Best place to be at when you are traveling without a car.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and nice. Kay was so amazing. She always greeted us and help to make sure everything was good. Elizabeth did a amazing job with breakfast.

Convenient for STL travel
Pros:

Extremely convenient location for travelers coming to St Louis. Stayed at this hotel last weekend to visit family and the shuttle service to the airport was great. Super close to the metro link.

Was great for the 1 night stay we were there for .
Pros:

Clean , close to car rental place and airport.

Cons:

It was next to a really shady looking building next door . Wasn’t sure if car would b safe . Hotel was under construction and wasn’t aware of 3rd floor above us all construction going on.

Tito is Tops at HIE!!

What could have been a stressful check-in turned into one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in a long time.

We’re in town for our kids’ graduation weekend (which is already a whirlwind), and I realized I had booked the wrong date. Cue instant panic. But Tito at the front desk handled it with incredible professionalism, kindness, and grace.

And here’s the thing—he wasn’t just standing behind a desk. He was actively managing shuttle drop-offs, pick-ups, and helping multiple guests at once, yet somehow still made us feel like we were the only people there.

He fixed our reservation, found us a room, and never once made us feel foolish for the mistake. Instead, he made us feel welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for—which matters, especially as longtime IHG Hotels & Resorts members.

Our room is lovely, comfortable, and exactly what we needed at the end of a very long day. But honestly? The real reason we’d come back in a heartbeat is Tito.

Exceptional customer service turns a stay into an experience—and Tito delivered exactly that.

Friendly staff, and comfy beds

Cons:

The pictures showed a pool, but there was no pool. They were on booking.com and the hotel website. I would have booked somewhere else with my daughter. But the actual hotel was fine. Just felt I was decieved when booking
