Gostei da localização, do atendimento local dos funcionários e do café da manhã. As roupas de cama e banho são limpas e higienizadas. As camas confortáveis. O quarto muito bom.

Cons:

Como, meu marido e eu somos idosos e com marcha lenta, citei na reserva, mas nos colocaram no penúltimo quarto de um longo corredor bem distante do elevador. O quarto tinha um ar condicionado programado no mínimo de temperatura. Há uma certa hora tínhamos que desligar, porque o quarto ficava um gelo. No banheiro não havia local para pendurar as toalhas. Penduramos a toalha de rosto num cabide e colocamos pendurada na maçaneta da janela, e as de banheiro no box.

Funcionários da recepção atenciosos.

Cons:

Muito ruim e bagunçado. O hotel estava recebendo um grupo de atletas e não se preparou para o café da manhã. Faltavam lugares para sentar e a reposição dos alimentos foi bastante ruim. O sistema de valete não estava funcionando, e não fui avisado e nem dado um desconto. Pontos muito ruins
