Amazing service! Luis was super friendly, professional, and had such a positive attitude. He got my car quickly and made the whole experience so easy. The hotel staff were brilliant, very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area.
Angel and Ivy were particularly exceptional on the check in desk.
The hotel was spotless, the room i had was massive and overnight very quiet.

Pros:

I am very satisfied with the hotel; the rooms were super comfortable and clean. The valet service—especially Luis—was incredibly attentive at all times; he helped with my luggage, gave me water, and opened the door for me right up to the very last moment. I will definitely be back.
