You should make sure to refund your customers’ money on time.
Pros:

A modern, clean hotel. One of the biggest advantages is that there are no old, dirty window AC units — the hotel has a modern central air-conditioning system. The bartender at the bar was also excellent!

Cons:

They charged a deposit for the room. The entire time, the amount was showing as pending. After I checked out and left, they actually charged the money. I’ve contacted them asking for a refund, but no one has responded, so I had to dispute the charge with my bank.

A $420 deposit for just two nights is absolutely ridiculous. On top of that, there is no parking option other than valet, which costs more than $30 per day.

Great location, but the facilities fall short of making this a 4 star experience.
Pros:

The location is the best part of this property, even with the facilities being clean and staff was nice. Valet is super cheap, which was a nice surprise. They were kind enough to get us in a room super early, which was also amazing.

Cons:

While the facilities were clean and comfortable, everything felt a little dated. When we walked into the room the shower pan was peeling and the cushions on our sofa were pulled off for some reason. The pool was okay, even if right next to a busy road, but there are chairs placed on metal sheets that get ridiculously hot and will burn your feet.

I liked having available drinking water. Both in the room and in the dispenser downstairs. The pool was good and the bright colored seating.

More affordable food options would be great but keeping the cost of the room down is more important.
