Una giornata di puro benessere
Pros:

Bellissimi gli spazi comuni e la SPA. Ottima colazione. Siamo stati di passaggio un solo giorno ma vorrei ritornare. Grazie alla cortesia e disponibilità del personale, abbiamo avuto accesso alla camera con anticipo rispetto all'orario prefissato di check in.

Absolutely astonishing wellness, beautiful and clean rooms but the below average breakfast

Wellnes, spacious rooms

Cons:

Breakfest : 2 types of cheese, 4 types of salami and no vegetables at all in Italy in 4**** Grand hotel seems a bit low for this price. And extra payment for an omelet is just inappropriate.

Hotel na krásném místě s velkým venkovním bazénem.

Cons:

Podprůměrná snídaně, malý výběr. Káva se musí objednat o personálu a zabere to hodně času. Bazén zprovozněn až v 10 hod. - byla zavřená roleta.

Tutto sommato bene ma alla reception devono informare bene i clienti dei servizi che offre la struttura

Tutto ottimo dalla pulizia ai servizi, ottima la colazione con molta scelta e stanza veramente bella e grande

Cons:

Abbiamo chiesto alla reception conferma che le terme fossero utilizzabili anche il giorno del check out e ci è stato confermato (la sera prima) e il giorno stesso non ci è stato possibile perché era da prenotare l’entrata, cosa che non ci è stata riferita quindi ho speso dei soldi per un servizio che ho utilizzato solo in parte

Pros:

Very clean.good and wide breakfast.kind and welcoming staff at reception

Cons:

I felt like in hotel vacation going back 20 years ago. You cant control the a.c, only by calling the reception
The pool and spa close at 19:00 while in hot summer, those are the best time to spend there.
The mini bar is full of drinks and snacks for you paying another money.
There are only few restaurants nearby so you have to eat in the hotel restaurant which is pricey. Sorry but this is not the quality i expected
