Pros:

Lo staff è stato molto accogliente, cordiale ed esaustivo nelle spiegazioni. Abbiamo apprezzato l’acqua termale che si poteva trovare in diversi punti della struttura. Colazione molto buona e variegata. Cena particolare con gusti ricercati.

Cons:

Alcuni piccoli difetti all’interno della stanza.

Raramente mi capita di dare 10. Ma questo hotel lo merita. Circondato da un parco meraviglioso. Hotel Pulito, accogliente, elegante. Camera spaziosa, letto comodo, bagno ampio. In omaggio prodotti termali. Qualità del cibo eccellente. Piscine molto pulite, stupende.. Posizione top a Ponte Arche, a 2 passi da tutto ma lontano dalla strada principale. Personale professionale. Veramente un sogno. Spero di tornare presto.

Air con wasn't working in hotel. Too hot to sleep. Was too late to leave. Was promised a refund then declined after we left.
Bed very hard.

The spa exceeded my expectations — the variety of saunas was incredible, and the warm pools were wonderfully relaxing. Dinner was delicious, and breakfast was good as well, though it would be great to see some vegetables added to the breakfast selection. The hotel is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped park, which made for a lovely after-dinner stroll.

Cons:

The air conditioning system was under maintenance and unfortunately we were unable to use it during our stay. The girl at the reception desk suggested we open the windows instead.

My stay was truly wonderful. This hotel is a real hidden gem, located in an idyllic and peaceful setting where you can fully enjoy nature and relax. The hotel itself is beautiful, calming, and very well maintained. On top of that, the food was absolutely delicious. I would happily come back!
