An exceptional experience.
Pros:

This hotel is superb, the location is ideal for seeing the sights of Krakow. The room was big by hotel standards, exceptionally clean and very well presented. All of the staff were very cheery, polite and helpful. We hadn't booked breakfast but were able to purchase it when we booked in for a very reasonable price. The breakfast was a buffet with hot and cold food available. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

Cons:

There was nothing I disliked about this hotel.

Very good location, within walking distance of the Old Town and Wawel Castle. The hotel was clean, the staff were polite, quiet rooms. The mattresses were comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. We had booked a double room, but we were upgraded free of charge to a Junior Suite, as we were traveling with a child

The restaurant was very good. The outside seating area.

Greta location... Very comfortable.
Pros:

This was a very comfortable place to stay perfectly located to get to all the sites in Krakow.

Cons:

The breakfast was a little over priced for a place that is so close to many great breakfast places at a more reasonable price.

Pros:

The location is nice and the room was very spacious and comfortable. Staff is very accommodating and the restaurant on site is good.

Cons:

The rooms/windows are not the most soundproof but not too bad. Also the pillows are a bit flat (personal preference)

Excellent Hotel in a great location; 5 mins walk from the Jewish Quarter & 10 from the Old Town

Excellent Breakfast with everything one would expect; just one exception. See below

Cons:

The coffee! it is filter coffee from an urn and if you want a proper coffee it comes from the bar and the staff are not trained how to make espresso based coffees such as Lattes, cappuccino etc.

Excellent Hotel in a great location.
Pros:

This is the second time I have stayed in Metropolitan whilst staying in Poland and I would definitely return.
The staff are all extremely helpful and pleasant.
Nothing is too much trouble from arranging taxis to/from the airport. Providing details of tours that pick up from the hotel.
The hotel is in an excellent location, a 10 minute walk from the old town, the same to the Jewish quarter.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.
