Excellent Hotel in a great location.
Pros:

This is the second time I have stayed in Metropolitan whilst staying in Poland and I would definitely return.
The staff are all extremely helpful and pleasant.
Nothing is too much trouble from arranging taxis to/from the airport. Providing details of tours that pick up from the hotel.
The hotel is in an excellent location, a 10 minute walk from the old town, the same to the Jewish quarter.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
Pros:

I loved the location on the edge of the Jewish quarter, which was quiet, despite being close to the station. It was only a 10 mins walk to the Old town. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There were very good options at breakfast. Reception staff were knowledgeable and helpful.

Cons:

I have no negative comments.

Excellent value for money
Pros:

The location was good, the hotel was excellent, the staff knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast was good value with plenty of choices. We also ate several evening meals in the hotel, which was all of a high standard.

Pros:

Hotellet var oerhört vackert inrett.Personalen vänlig och duktig.Rummet var välstädat varje dag.Frukosten utmärktgod,maten vackert presenterad.Vi åt också mat på restaurangen ett par kvällar och den goda kvaliteten höll i sig.Hotellets läge är perfekt.

Fantastic!
Pros:

This was our first visit to Poland, and we saw this hotel online, read up and decided to book.
We were not disappointed, this hotel is absolutely beautiful! Honestly cannot say a bad thing about it.
Everything.... food, staff, rooms, building, area.. honestly, never stayed in a hotel so good.
We had room 314, super delux.
The bed is HUGE and comfy, pillows that swallow you up and are so soft.
The bathroom was so big, the shower was fantastic and the water is very soft.
The lobby was a lovely place to sit if you wanted, with very comfortable seating. The restaurant was very comfortable, lots of room, the food was spectacular, the staff very helpful and polite, I am gluten free, and they catered pretty well for me.
They're was lovely outside seating area, with heater of you needed it.
I'd practiced some polish before we went, and they also told me some new words. I did use what is learned quite a lot... please, thank you, good morning, good night, cheers, thanks, how are you?, very well thank you! I was quite impressed with myself!
Anyway, we can absolutely totally recommend this beautiful hotel 100%

Wonderful
Pros:

The hotel is in a safe area very close to the Old Town and Jewish Quarter. Check in was simple and we were given a lovely room upgrade. Staff were happy to answer questions and show us the areas on a map we were provided with. Our room was specious and very clean. Water and coffee are provided in room and maid service is daily. We had breakfast included which was more than ample. I have pretty high standards and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

L'albergo è in una posizione eccellente, vicino al centro ed al quartiere ebraico.
Stanza veramente grande e confortevole, molto silenziosa. Ottima la colazione.
