Pros:

Great location, beautiful hotel and rooms. Nice beds and good air condition. Atmosphere is calm, peaceful. Friendly and helpfulPo staff. You can sometimes hear the train outside during the night but it's ok. Delicious food in the restaurant. Banksy museum is next door.

To ξενοδοχείο είναι ένα όμορφο κτίριο με μεγάλα άνετα δωμάτια, πολύ κοντά στην εβραϊκή συνοικία Kazimierz. Είναι σε εξαιρετικό σημείο στην περιοχή με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε ΜΜΜ, εστιατόρια, μπαρ και αξιοθέατα. Όμορφα δωμάτια με ψυγείο και ντουλάπα, άνετο μπάνιο, πολύ καλό πρωινό. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και πολύ εξυπηρετικό σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Μας έδωσαν και ομπρέλες για τη βροχή.

Cons:

Το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο αλλά μας φάνηκε ακριβό για τα δεδομένα αλα καρτ, καθώς μπορείς να βρεις εξαιρετικές παραδοσιακές γεύσεις τριγύρω.

Definitely recommend!
Pros:

The property was clean, and well located only 10 minutes from the main square. Rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious with a mini fridge and plenty of storage space. Staff were amazing from the moment we arrived to when we left, going out of their way to accommodate our needs and make our stay extra special. The whole place was immaculate.

Cons:

Only thing I would say is maybe a bigger TV, but that’s personal preference. Other than that, nothing we didn’t like.

Solo un pero, poco importante. Para mi gusto hubiera preferido plato de ducha en lugar de bañera en la habitacion.

Great vibe hotel
Pros:

Loved this hotel.
Stayed for 3 nights and it has excellent location.
Rooms and large and very clean and the whole hole has a very nice, new feel to it.
Staff were friendly and welcoming.
There’s a supermarket over the road for snacks and you can refill your water bottles with ice cold water on each floor.
Breakfast was plentiful with lots of options and very quiet:
I would def recommend staying here.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

As most of the reviews here say, the hotel is awesome. Location is super, good value for money, great breakfast, comfortable, quiet and clean rooms, friendly, professional and welcoming personnel and cozy gym (in case is need). I also liked the fact that drinking (non-tap) water was also provided by a machine on each floor which saves lots of effort from buying bottled water from close by convenient stores. Would totally stay again if I visit Krakow again in the future.
