Fantastic 7 Night Stay
Pros:

What a fantastic hotel this is.
We stayed for 7 nights through our Jet2 package holiday, and thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, the food and the location.
Helpful, friendly staff throughout.
Lovely room, with all the facilities you would need.
Great outdoor garden area, that you can actually have a cigarette in!
Evening menu food was really nice.
Breakfast very nice with plenty of choice.
Great cocktails.
I would like to say a big thank you to Natalia on the bar. She looked after us so well every day she was at work and was a pleasure to chat to. My husband and I enjoyed talking to her and getting to know her.
She is a credit to the hotel.🙂

Totally magical. I had the hotel’s only balcony overlooking the courtyard and a room big enough to hold a dance in.

Fantastic Hotel & Fantastic staff
Pros:

Wow, you are made to feel like a five star customer from the moment you set foot at the Door. Staff took your bags, check in was swift. Pavel checked us in. We didn’t have the room we’d booked but we were upgraded to a junior suite. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was in the room was perfect.
Fridge, kettle, coffee machine.
Bathroom and bedroom spotless.
Air conditioning worked fantastically.
Bed was comfortable as were the pillows.
Fantastic choice at breakfast time.

The staff were all lovely and friendly nothing was too much trouble, so very helpful and genuinely happy to help too.

Love this hotel, it was recommended to me by a friend and I will definitely recommend this hotel to others. I would 100% stay here again.

Hotel más que correcto si estas en la ciudad por negocios o de ocio.
Pros:

Me encantó la ubicación, a un paso del casco antiguo y del barrio judío. Muy bien comunicado con tranvía. La habitación era confortable, no muy grande pero estaba ok. Tienen servicio de dispensadores de agua en los pasillos, lo cual se agradece.

Todo bien y correcto.

Pros:

The hotel is situated in a very accessible area of Krakow with access by train and tram also by foot.
The atmosphere within the hotel is friendly and relaxed with staff who are helpful, professional and knowledgeable.
The restaurant provides a comprehensive breakfast encompassing chilled and hot items alongside a superb selection of bread products all of which are delicious. The fusion menu was concise but the quality of the dishes superb. The entire hotel iwas spotless, our room was well equipped with air con, useful information,hospitality tray and a mini bar. We also loved the courtyard area. Our expections were not only met but exceeded by the staff. This hotel is definitely value for money. Thank ypu for a great experience.

Pros:

Небольшой отель. внутренний дворик , где можно посидеть выпить кофе .

Просьба разместить в номере с окнами во внутренний двор и не первый/ последний этаж была учтена .

Cons:

При бронировании номера главным приоритетом была звукоизоляция, - но звукоизоляция отсутствует полностью, слышно все, всех соседей с верху, с боку, уборщиц и людей проходящих по коридору, также как гремят дверьми в душе .


Кофе на завтраке можно пить только заказав при баре, из кофейного бака - отвратительный напиток растворимого кофе.


Немного уставший ремонт
Не удобные подушки- но это все индивидуально
