Hotel under construction and never told us prior to booking the room. Please review pictures. Terrible management , the whole front of the hotel had construction and they didn’t compensate for any of the noise. unprofessionally. Not once did they contact me via email or called my cell phone. Terrible customer service. Do not stay here.

3Tage Neapel auf dem Weg in den Süden.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und vieles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Frühstück gabs im Restaurant gegenüber und war in Ordnung.Geparkt haben wir 3 min entfernen in der sehr edlen, sehenswerten und geräumigen Quickgarage .

La ubicación y la comodidad de las camas.

Cons:

Una habitación que da a una calle trasera con un tráfico terrible noche y día y con un ruido insoportable para dormir. Te vuelven loco de edificio a edificio para desayuno para recocion para habitación . No es un hotel es un conjunto de habitaciones en varios edificios

Un cocon d'amour exceptionnel
Pros:

La suite Sophia Loren est exceptionnelle ! Le jacuzzi est spacieux, la vue est splendide, la salle de bain est grande, la literie est très confortable, le petit balcon est suffisant, tout est fait pour vous faire passer un super moment de détente. Le personnel est agréable et souriant.

Cons:

La rue devant la suite était en travaux, mais finalement c'était génial parce qu'il n'y a pas eu de passages, la vue était dégagée, donc on a fini par apprécier ce point.

Schönes Hotel. Freundliches Personal. Lüftung kaputt. Zimmer laut. Aussicht Baustelle. Straße Lärm. Frühstücken okay.

Grundsätzlich war es wirklich gut.Die Aussicht top. Betten bequem. Bad groß. Es war immer sauber. Alle freundlich. Frühstücken im gegenüberliegenden kleinen Restaurant war auch okay.

Cons:

Ich konnte drei Tage lang nicht schlafen weil die Lüftung extrem laute und Geräusche gemacht hat. Trotz reklamieren wurde nichts gemacht. Die Polster waren zu hoch und ungemütlich. Ausserdem war unsere Aussicht durch eine Baustelle beeinträchtigt und der Lärm war auch nicht angenehm.
