Pros:

La posizione sul lungomare

Cons:

La camera è decisamente piccola rispetto alle foto, l’aria condizionata rumorosa e il display segnalava che i filtri erano da pulire quindi i dubbi sulla manutenzione e pulizia sono legittimi, per avere l’acqua calda in doccia bisogna lasciare aperto il rubinetto 10 minuti, i lavori in corso sul lungomare rendono difficile il riposo, il parcheggio è affidato ad un servizio esterno con il personale estremamente maleducato che ci ha addebitato due notti nonostante la macchina sia stata parcheggiata solo una. Esperienza pessima.

Pros:

Месторасположение удобное, недалеко от центральной улицы с магазинами и располагается прямо на набережной, некоторые номера выходят прямо на набережную и у них отличный вид из окна. Рядом много ресторанов и кафе. Также рядом остановка автобусная и остановка такси. Район спокойный и безопасный. В Неаполе это прям очень важно выбрать безопасный район.

Cons:

Нам не понравилось что кругом ещё идёт стройка, это портит вид из окна, а также затрудняет подъезд к отелю для трансфера.

Также внутри номеров плохо работает интернет как вай фай, так и сотовая связь , но кому как повезёт я бы сказала. В новом корпусе Civico 4 работало все отлично.
В старом корпусе с этим были проблемы. Также в последнюю ночь в старом корпусе основном где ресепшен отключился кондиционер и в номере было оооооочень душно, мы попали в пик жары 25-28.06.26 проживали там. И эта ночь была испытанием для всех, кроме тех кто заселился в новый корпус. Мы ездили большой группой поэтому заняли 5 номеров. И администрация отеля не предпринимала никаких действий сказали что все решим теперь только утром. Уже рабочий день закончился.

Также информация по улучшенному номеру и делюксу в описании не верна. Делюкс в основном корпусе с видом на море там вид действительно красивый, улучшенный же номер ( superior) хоть и написано что вид на море, там совершенно другой вид, это угловой номер и там балкон с частичным видом на море. Он сильно отличается от делюкса. А цена у делюкса и супериора часто прям в точности одинаковая.

Pros:

Ottimo per la posizione, per le camere moderne e curate, ma soprattutto per la gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff. Ho fatto il check in tardi e sono andato a cena; al rientro scopro che non funzionava l’aria condizionata. Il manutentore è intervenuto subito portandomi un ventilatore, mentre provava a risolvere. Essendo un problema più importante, mi hanno spostato di stanza. Consigliato!

Cons:

Se proprio devo trovare una cosa da migliorare, direi che L a colazione, essendo al bar di fronte, potrebbe offrire meno buffet internazionale e più prodotti locali.
