A localização e os brinquedos na parte das piscinas.

Cons:

A comida era péssima, café da manhã ruim, sem variedade, gosto artificial.
Funcionários grosseiros, mau educados sem senso de empatia algum para necessidade de abrir exceções por ter uma criança pequena em determinadas situações.

Resort tem otima estrutura, equipes que dao conta do recado. Cafe da manha é bom e suficiente. Jantar a la carte é muito boa a comida. Acesso a praia é bom. O quarto que fiquei era razoavel, antigo mas bem limpo.

Quadra de tenis abandonada. Nao conseguimos jogar

Excelente custo-benefício! O Resort é bem estruturado, com ótimo atendimento e bons profissionais. A pulseira com TAG via QRcode facilita demais a entrada e saída do resort e do quarto também pois não precisa ficar carregando cartão pra todo lado e não corre o risco de esquecer... Café da manhã muito bom também, refeições num preço justo e de boa qualidade. Funcionários atenciosos, quando demos checkout do hotel, deixamos em cima da cama um óculos que encontramos no quarto e eles já me ligaram pra ir buscar informando o esquecimento... Ao final ainda ganhamos um quadro de recordação com uma linda foto da nossa família. Recomendo demais.

Cons:

A localização pra saída para a praia de Muro Alto não é das melhores, mas nada que desabone completamente. Outro ponto negativo foi duas ou três vezes a má vontade da gerência do restaurante. Outro ponto negativo foi no primeiro dia o PÉSSIMO atendimento de um funcionário da conveniência localizada ao lado da recepção. Má vontade, estúpido e de mal com a vida. Não combina com o todo do resort.
