Batam Short Retreat For Family
Pros:

Good location, lots of parking space, few 24hrs convenience stores nearby. Welcomed by Melan at reception, very warm n friendly. Booked 2 Grand Deluxe Double Room. Rooms are very spacious n very clean. Big toilets, walkin wardrobe n luggage corner. Beds are comfy and family slept well.

Everything, from the moment i booked, i request for a simple decorations on bed to celebrate my anniversary. They delivered it with excellent service. Receptionist during check in was professional. Room service is great! Thanks to Jaka ( housekeeping) for the fulfill my request on the decorations. Will come again. Best hotel in Batam. Will recommend my family and friends here.
