To be honest maybe location

Cons:

The pool was overloaded with peoples who not stay in hotel, even the pools outside , the hotel it’s old and bad condition, parking big joke, you pay for parking but when come to weekend everyone parking to go pool so u need drive all parking and still can’t find parking

Pros:

So much on site. Good entertainment, if a little too loud later on. Good breakfast with lots of choice. Pleasant staff.

Just an enjoyable relaxing place to be.
Pros:

Breakfast choice was excellent with plenty of choice for everyone, the staff were 'very on the ball' always close enough to ensure my needs were catered for.Again for evening meals there was choice enough for everyone to be able to enjoy something.My room was located in a quiet position so no noise at night and the bed was very comfortable, and the evening entertainment was enjoyable.

Cons:

For some reason the bathroom had an underlying musty smell.

Fairly good value and location, clean, comfy bed, pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna were great

Cons:

A little run down in places could do with an upgrade,
Breakfast was fairly limited, could of done with more pastries and fresh as opposed to tinned fruit,

Good location rooms tired Aztec bar exceptionally poor service
Pros:

Facilities were great. Pool and entertainment lounge was good but the acts were poor

Cons:

The rooms are very tired and in need of refurbish.
Yhe service in the entertainment lounge was very slow and the drinks are expensive. The Aztec bar was shocking we ordered and had to keep asking where our food was because my grandaughter was hungry. It took well over an hour to get our order whilst there were other people coming in and got served before us
