I liked both the indoor and outdoor pools, the life guard staff were all very helpful and friendly. The food was also really good.
I didn’t like that you had to pay extra for the bowling, when you pay quite a lot to stay you’d think that would be free. The arcade games also don’t last very long compared to other arcades, so is a bit of a money pit.
Good location, good breadth of activity for children.
Rooms require a bit of an update, when cleaning the room I’d have expected a bedding change not re-using old and a few items did not work. These were rectified after a day.
Plenty to do for the whole family
No lifts and booked a family room with two small children and having a pram was a nightmare so many steps and stair to get around to the facilities and stated children's ages on booking and was not informed there would be no lifts. We also stayed 2 nights and 5 people only 2 towels left for us and room was not cleaned or topped up during our stay and not enough toilet paper but the facilities and entertainment was really good and the food .

Location of the hotel. Entertainment in the evening at the bar.
Lift out of service and we had the room on the 3rd floor. Everything in the bathroom old. Stairs carpet need to be change.
