Pros:

Il silenzio e il clima dopo giornate calde e rumorose a Aosta.
Molto apprezzato anche il consiglio per la cena, visto che in struttura non c'era più posto.

Le personnel très sympa, l’accueil en particulier !
L’emplacement de l’établissement au calme… Depuis notre chambre, nous avons vu une biche.
Petit-déjeuner

Cons:

Petits détails : 1 ampoule de la sdb hs, gels individuels vides dans la douche, toile de chaise ext qui s’est cassée.
Ensemble SPA / piscine 30€ / pers, ce n’est pas rien… et simplement noté « en supplément » .

Au moment de la réservation, j avais choisi cet hôtel parce qu'il avait une piscine .
Mais ce n est qu apres le paiement, que j ai recu un mail me disant que cet accès etait payant.
Cela sera bien que cela soit mentionné avant de valider le paiement.

Situation géographique, petit déjeuner.

Patronne arrogante et désagréable . Nous avons la chance de beaucoup voyager et nous sommes sensibles à la vue, à la qualité de la connexion WIFI, et en cette période de canicule au confort avec piscine et climatisation, dans notre réservation, nous avions tout cela. Nous avons obtenu un accueil glacial car arrivés trop tôt, chambre toute petite sans aucune vue, en soupente, avec de minuscules velux non manipulables car trop haut, des lits jumeaux même pas côte à côte faute de place , et aucune climatisation , la galère avec la canicule. De plus, il y a bien une piscine, mais pour l'utiliser il faut payer 20€/ personnes, connexion wifi inutilisable en particulier dans la chambre. Ne mettez pas les pieds ici c'est un piège ! seul l'argent les intéresse.

Nel complesso è carino, situato in un bel paesino tranquillo. Noi avevamo una camera molto grande quindi molto positivo. Personale gentile, soprattutto chi gestiva la sala colazione e ristorante. Colazione abbastanza fornita. Spa carina.

Cons:

Il costo della spa per me un po' eccessivo, 30 euro a testa, per i servizi che ci sono sono tanti. Essendo in Montagna a colazione mancava comoletamente la parte salata dei salumi e formaggi del posto secondo me.

Arredamento molto bello, sia negli spazi comuni che nelle camere, ottimo cibo, ottima colazione e personale gentile..

Cons:

Migliorabile la pulizia nella piscina ma probabilmente era dovuto all imminente chiusura per la stagione..

Camera ampia e pulitissima, così come il bagno. spazio esterno graditissimo immerso nel verde.
colazione ottima e cena più che accettabile, anche se senza piatti regionali.
Casale tipico restaurato egregiamente mantenendo le strutture portanti in legno originali.
