The breakfast location and waiter were nice.
The hot breakfast buffet items were not stocked, so I felt that the $20.00 breakfast charge was unreasonable. Also, a $12.00 per day parking lot fee was something I have never encountered at any hotel stay! The toilet in my room would continue running, needing adjustment by my husband. When checking in, the Mountain View Room requested, when booked in May 2026, had not been granted.
We elected to have dinner at the hotel the first night. My friend and I had the exact same thing, cream of tomato soup and Caesar salad except that I had chicken on mine. It was delicious. We had margaritas on the rocks as well. We also had breakfast each of our three days. There was a decent selection of fruits, breads, and typical scrambled eggs, potatoes and protein, cereals and juices.
Though the breakfast items were on sterno type warmers, the food was barely warm.
Didn't have the breakfast. Very clean ,and enjoyable atmosphere.
We all set in or around the lobby area and talked and people watched. We were not there very long. Didn't find anything to dis like.
The room was clean and comfortable and easy to check in, which included breakfast, though it was not something worth paying for in the end, so it all came out in the wash.
While our stay was just fine - the room was clean and comfortable, the real problem for me was that I was charged $12 per day for parking. This is a location out in the suburbs with huge parking lot and lots of empty space and buildings around it. There was no shortage of parking space - this was just another way to make money. In the end, this just felt like a way to nickel and dime you - much like the airlines have now done with baggage fees. It just left a bad taste to the whole experience and made me wish I had looked at other locations.
