It was AMAZING! Definitely staying here whenever I visit DC!! It’s not far from the downtown area at all! All of the facilities were clean! Breakfast was delicious! The complimentary drinks were the cherry on top!

They need to upgrade the toilets it's to low. Bring back the popcorn machine. The vibe is not the same anymore. The prices for room is overpriced
Amazing location. Breakfast was delicious, staff very helpful and always with a smile. Room was spectacular, specious and had all we needed.
I didn’t like the fact the Booking.com did not mention that there is a $17 daily parking. You have to have a permit hanging securely because otherwise they will tow your car

This Embassy Suites was very nice. I always enjoy the complimentary drinks during happy hour. The breakfast buffet was good, although some depleted items weren't restocked promptly.
Special shout-out to the staff! I accidentally left my prescription medications in the room. I contacted the hotel, and they kept the meds in the lost-and-found. I sent them a shipping label and they mailed them back to me. I really appreciated that!
There was a $17 per night charge for parking. I don't recall that this was mentioned in the description when I booked, and it wasn't mentioned by the receptionist when I checked in. I was surprised to see the charge on my credit card after my stay.
I liked the cleanliness and the free perks
What I didn't like was I got charged for parking my truck under some falsehood that when you walk in the building you're automatically supposed to see a sign no I did not see a sign and I was charged for parking when I was already booked really that's sad and I will never use embassy sweet again
The omelet station and breakfast were great
The check in person was extremely rude and would not give us extra towels, even though there were four of us.
They did not acknowledge that I was a rewards member, so I didn’t get my points or any extras.
The room was dirty and not stocked.
The pool was closed by the time we checked in.
Everything was excellent down to property and staff.

The fact that I was charged twice and they wouldn’t do anything about so I had to get my bank involved and I’m still waiting to get my money back!

I booked two rooms and was only issued one however I was charged by booking for two properties while the property ended up only charging me for one! I have been requesting a refund for the second room for weeks with no response. Booking needs better customer service!!!

Nice clean room. Breakfast was amazing. Have an omelette bar and everything.
Person at the front desk didn't seem super interested in going out of her way to help with utensils when dinner was delivered without them Acted like they didn't offer that and then the kitchen was super helpful.
Everything was very clean. Beds were so comfortable and room was large. Nice having a kitchenette in the room also. Free breakfast was wonderful with lots of choices, including hot items like eggs, sausage, French toast sticks. Evening reception was nice offering lite snacks and two free drinks from the bar for two adults per room. Staff were friendly, especially the ladies helping guests at breakfast. Also having a restaurant/bar in the hotel was convenient.
The check-in line was horrendous. Arrive a little before 4pm to get a spot in line. The hotel was fully booked so it would have been better to have more than two staff doing check-in. The pool and fitness center is nice but have to take the elevator to 2nd floor, walk down a long hallway, then take another elevator down and there is not a hot tub. Parking costs $17 per day which is annoying but they have to do that unfortunately to keep non-guests from parking in the lot. Cost of parking needs to be cheaper though. We also were not given enough towels and not provided with linens or pillow for the pull out couch bed. Had to wait till almost 9pm to ask the front desk because the check-in line was still so long. Calling the front desk from our room didn’t work as no one answered. The chat option in the app didn’t work either.
