Rapid city..first of all.
We called to see if our room was ready and the clerk told us it was..so we brought our stuff in and course it wasnt..So we had to leave and come back ..when we got back ..the room was nasty dingy and looked dirty room needs paint and a up grade, no Coffee pot shower is gross and bathroom is in desperate need of help..would never stay here again..and definitely would not recommend it !!! so get in your car and pay a little more and get a nice place to stay Rm #327

Rapid city SD - older Hotel didn’t care much for the sinks being outside the bathroom but other than that it was good. Breakfast was very good.

The shampoo pumps weren’t working

CONS: room furnishings: desk chair torn in many places. Club chair dirt fabric wearing. We didn’t use either. Furnishings as well as carpets need replacing; THOROUGH OVERHAUL
Bryan in the kitchen was the best part of this hotel. He was so friendly and kind. The room on the other hand… wish we had enough space for a roll away, not sure how they expected 5 to sleep in a two queen room. There was also the NASTIEST chair I’ve ever seen in my life in our room. Water pressure was good and check in was easy enough. If it weren’t for Bryan with a y!!! we’d probably left a 1.
We've previously stayed at the nearby Fairfield, so same area. Plenty of parking. Quiet.
Everything was in great working order. The bathroom door did have a hole on one side, which didn't affect its operation.
The location was nice as it wasn't too far from the airport or downtown.
This is a long list. Avoid this place. The room wasn't cleaned during our two day stay, the staff barely said a word and just handed me my keys when I checked in. The room was worse off then the picture showed. We didn't even attempt the breakfast due to how the rest of the hotel looked. It didn't seem to be "clean" but it was not outright dirty. For what we experienced the price should have been half of what they charged us.

No ac in room. Manager said maintenance replaced a “ mother board in ac unit that morning. Guess no one checked. Manager said I could get a refund but I don’t see it. I never complain but no air when it’s in the 90’s? Also there were no other room available.
