A place to sleep.
Pros:

You went the cheap route every opportunity. "Juice" is powder drink mix in water. Otherwise, breakfast ok. Requested room clean next day and it was not. Pool was closed some of the time. Just didn't see many employees. Carts out in halls but twice couldn't find anyone in any of the rooms???

Cons:

More people actively working.

Pros:

We enjoyed the ease of check in and the location, as well as being able to get breakfast. The hotel pool was good and my students really liked the rooms. We were happy with the hotel overall.

Cons:

There really was not anything that we did not enjoy. The hotel was easy to get to. It was quiet and we enjoyed our stay there. I would recommend to anyone travelling through.

Pros:

Location is convenient. There are stores and restaurants nearby, all within walking distance. The property is clean and comfortable. All staff was very friendly.

We were pleased.
Pros:

The breakfast was outstanding. We loved the eggs, sausage, whole fresh fruit and the good selection of other breakfast items. We slept well in a quiet dark room.

Good location for Rapid City airport but indifferent staff + no working elevator
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and clean. Location is about as close as one can get to Rapid City airport, which was important to us since we had early AM flights the next day

Cons:

The only elevator was not working and our room was on the 4th floor, which meant we had to haul our luggage via the staircase. Also, there were no free cookies available in the lobby when we checked in at around 4pm and the staff had no interest in preparing any for us.
