When we stayed there in April 2026, it was a very good experience.
Pros:

Hi, our April stay at this hotel was very good. We had nothing bad to say about the hotel at all. But this month in May, we had trouble getting a reservation and the reservation got screwed up for the days we needed to stay at the hotel. The lady screwed up on the number of days and the rate for adding another day.

The rate was too expensive and went up a lot in the cost unfortunately! We were not happy at all with how expensive the total was compared to when we didn't add another day.

So we decided to book a room at another hotel instead of Baymont. And we had a very hard time cancelling our reservation at Baymont. I called the hotel and all day, they were not answering their phone.

I called the website that makes reservations at Baymont and they could not get thru on their phone line at all to cancel the booking. So the website cancelled our reservation for us at no charge. Who knows why their phone was not working!

Our rate at another hotel was a lot cheaper and lower rate. We were fine with that hotel except for a few minor things that did get reported to the management.

I would not recommend staying at Baymont at all for anyone because of all the problems and the manager is never there at the hotel if you need to talk with him about problems. The rates are definitely higher than most hotels and the 1 lady at the front desk was not nice and she does the rates and the total amount wrong at least part of the time if not all the time! The hotel itself is very nice, but that's all we can say about it.

Great overnight stop!
Pros:

Had a great stay overnight with our pup while driving cross country. Probably the best hotel breakfast we’ve had our whole trip, and a great conversation to start the morning with Bryan from the front desk.

I will stay again
Pros:

The breakfast was great we had a party of 10 and they were able to stragglers un it was open just long enough the pool was amazing for our younger and the beds were so soft and the kids said the showers were million dollar showers

Excellent value. Great beds and breakfast!
Pros:

Bryan and Dan were awesome! When we arrived our room wasn't ready but Dan quickly found us another room that was very clean and nice.

Cons:

The chairs in the room we originally were assigned were very old and stained and some were ripping at the seams. I'd be embarrassed to have them in my hotel.
