Pros:

The location was excellent for what we needed. The room was spacious and well kept.

Cons:

Everything was great, until I saw a bug under the sink. Then my perception of clean was ruined.

It was the worst hotel experience that I have had in a long longtime or ever

I enjoyed the rooms and the size of the rooms and the comfortability of the bed.

Cons:

I did not like the staff, they were rude and one staff member was walking around with his shoes off in the PM. The dishwasher was also leaking in our room and the sink was overflowing when the dishwasher leaked. They charged me wrong for our rooms so we had to call and complain as they charged us fully for another night when we should not have been charged the extra charge, as well as they charged us for parking when we are platinum members. We called and complained about this unacceptable stay we are now waiting to hear back from the team and the mangers.

Nice room convenient location.
Pros:

It was convenient to get to right off of 95. The facility seem to be relatively new. The continental breakfast was good. The only problem was the juice machine wasn't working.

Cons:

Unless you had the door completely shut it opened and hit the toilet bowl.

Pros:

Location is great-- just a few turns from the interstate. (After reading other reviews-- please look at a map before booking because Needham is a suburb and requires a car. I can't believe so many people complained about this.)
Because of this, the hotel location is quiet.

Having a kitchen in the apartment was so helpful for that bit of comfort.

There were three of us-- two used the king bed and I slept on the couch.

Awesome landing pad after late night BOS arrival - will stay again for sure.
