Great location for Beale street bars.
Nothing at at all.
This hotel was perfectly located - just enough downtown that it didn't feel "busy" and not too far a walk that you were too tired to get back to your hotel in the heat! Rooms were great, nice size and clean. Beds were comfortable.
Perfect location for Nashville night life and concert going! The blackout shades were top notch for a good nights sleep and beds were comfy.
We got to the hotel past 4 (the check-in time) and our room still wasn’t ready. It took about 15 min for our room to be ready, which cut into our time to get ready for our concert.
Front desk , staff at breakfast, and bartender were all awesome. Welcoming. Very good staff.

I have stayed at this hotel twice! I love the location and easy proximity to Broadway, Hall of Fame, Bridgestone, everywhere! I am always impressed with the friendly staff members, each day! The lobby is welcoming and large enough. I love the breakfast provided, greatly appreciated. Rooms are spacious and comfy!
I liked the location and it was very clean. The rooms were nice and spacious. It was a quick check in and out. The breakfast was actually good and worth eating!
The only thing that I didn't like about the hotel is that you have to pay 50$ to park in the hotel parking deck, or use valet parking or find another parking lot to park in that you also have to pay for. I feel like if you pay to stay at the hotel you shouldn't have to pay additional 50$ especially when the parking spaces were so tiny. I drive a Honda Pilot and could barely fit my car in the spot that I paid 50 $ for.

Service was terrible front desk people the big heavy lady was horrible. A lot of standing around breakfast were supposed to be till 930 at 9:23. They close the door. People are still inside getting breakfast and people trying to get in maybe get their last drink or dish and they’re chasing them out pretty low class for the Hyatt shouldn’t be closing the door until 930 and make sure before you close the door people have gotten out and getting what they needed. This happened every day people just were shaking their head. Don’t understand why parking was horrendous. Parking garage was dirty not much signs for directions way to park way to sign in wasn’t very happy traveled a lot in my life maybe 400 hotels.
