Pros:

Location and staff. Our room had a great view.

Cons:

Hall smelled like pee. My sheets had holes. The ac didn't blow very cold. Also, the shower felt like a hurricane.

Overall, an excellent stay
Pros:

Brilliant Location, just off Broadway.

Cons:

Breakfast was generally ok, but on occasions there was a limited choice, such as no sausages one morning when I arrived down at 9.00am and no scrambled egg available on another occasion.
On two mornings, there were no knives and I had to use a plastic one

Pros:

Front desk girl was sweet. Clean.

Cons:

Our queen beds were roll beds. No WiFi. Manager knew didn’t fix it. One of the washers and one dryer was broken. One of the outlets work. Rooms smelled musty.

Pros:

Все очень понравилось, от сотрудников на ресепшен, до большого красивого номера, завтрак разнообразный и вкусный. Расположение отеля тоже отличное. Остались очень приятные эмоции у всей семьи от отеля. Спасибо за гостеприимство!

We shared a 40th anniversary celebration with 5 other couples who also stay at your hotel

Location was great for walking the downtown and other locations, breakfast was an added bonus to get the day started
