Decent room downtown
Pros:

Location and room was great

Cons:

The breakfast was too busy for the space available, parking isn't great and expensive. Bed wasn't super comfortable. For $250 a night and another $50 for parking I'd hope for a little better.

The toilet would not stop running in the bathroom, it was very annoying.

Pros:

The location is a block from Broadway, making it a quick walk to all the action. The bed....exceptionally comfortable. The room, incredibly clean. Very secure, good breakfast.

Cons:

Didn't like that I had to pay $55/night for parking or $35 to check in an hour and a half early.

Front desk staff young, foreign and amateurish; all parking sold out for holiday event. How can that be if the parking facilities are for registered hotel guest only?

Overall it was very satisfying and in general very pleased. We would stay there again.
Pros:

Most staff had the positive traits you are looking for in a service industry and were excellent. Double blinds to block night light from the spectacular view ( window on 3 sides). Breakfast buffet was the best I have ever had in any hotel. I slept on the couch which was more comfortable than my bed at home. Beds very comfortable, shower roomy. Location was perfect for all downtown venues. All within easy walking distance.

Cons:

Paid for early check in and room was not ready and staff was a little irritated with something that was not our fault. We were not unkind about it but it was almost like she didn't[t believe me. Perhaps because we had 2 rooms and did not discover the other one had not been cleaned because we did not enter the second room immediately. It was the 3rd of July-know they were busy. Did not see how to get valet parking. It worked out anyway. More luggage carts would be helpful.
