Decor and staff
Restaurant was shut and i wasnt pre warned. As a woman travelling alone i always use the restaurant onsite
Ein großer Raum! Ich wußte sofort, wohin mit der Motorradausrüstung. Coole Lage. Mit kurzem Weg zur Kathedrale und der Innenstadt. Kurzer Weg zu vielen Restaurants. Ein kleines Frühstück ist gegen Aufpreis möglich. Den Parkplatz vor der Tür konnte ich noch für einen kurzen Zeitraum benutzen, um in die Immenstadt zu gehen.
Kein Fahrstuhl.
Friendly and helpful staff. Bartosh on reception was able to make recommendations about places to eat. Room was comfortable, large bathroom area, decent shower. Ended up staying a second night due to change in circumstances and Inna was incredibly helpful in booking a room I had stayed in for a previous trip.

The room was clean, spacious with a very comfortable bed. Large walk in shower. Air conditioning was useful especially at night. We didn't hear any noise from the adjoioning rooms or floor above. All breakfasts were brought to the room. Complete a form on arrival day with choices and time slot required. This can be modified throughout yoiur stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good choice of TV stations.

The cleanliness and the kind staff. The male receptionist is very compassionate and has person centred care. He makes sure the guests leave smiling.
The room at the top of the stairs....Too tightly spaced..... the bed wasn't comfy too.... but very clean...
