Très bel hôtel au calme à 2 pas de la cathédrale
Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé à quelques minutes à pied de la cathédrale.
Dans le centre historique, dans une rue piétonne.

Great location
Pros:

The location couldn't have been better. Centrally located for the tourist attractions, and the restaurants and bars. Everything we wanted was within a few minutes walk from the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The heavy front door, in a stable style for some unknown reason. I got my fingers trapped, which was very painful.

Wonderful location close to all the best parts of central Santiago. Short walk to the Cathedral, shops and restaurants.

Cons:

We had to wait over an hour past Checkin time to check in. Perhaps it was a staffing shortage that day.
