Excellent hotel in the centre of Santiago
Pros:

The hotel is located in the city centre with bars and restaurants close by and only a short walk to the cathedral. The room was clean comfortable and quiet. The staff were really helpful and welcoming, the front doors and room are accessible by a key pad so there's no chance of losing a key. Make sure you book a room with air con as not all do.

Ein Juwel in der Nähe der Kathedrale

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt im Herzen von Santiago!

Die Unterkunft fühlt sich eher wie eine kleine, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung an als wie ein Hotelzimmer. Die Lage ist hervorragend nur wenige Gehminuten von der Kathedrale entfernt und trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Lediglich die nächtlichen Katzen erinnerten daran, dass man mitten in einer lebendigen Altstadt wohnt. 🐈
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, stilvoll und elegant eingerichtet. Das Bett war für unseren Geschmack etwas klein, dennoch haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstück konnte unkompliziert dazugebucht werden und war ein schöner Start in den Tag. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die ausgesprochen freundliche und herzliche Rezeptionistin, die uns mit ihrer Hilfsbereitschaft willkommen geheissen hat.

Eher warme Zimmertemperatur, da keine funktionierende Klimaanlage.

Pros:

Good location to the Cathedral, restaurants, gift shops and other local places. AC worked wonderfully and felt amazing to sleep in a cool
Comfortable room.

Cons:

No washer or line to dry clothes and the shower was a little tight.

It was a night to forget.
Pros:

It’s very well located close to the Cathedral and shops.

Cons:

Staff wasn’t friendly, specially the gentleman during the evening, the room was tiny, no water or any amenity for that matter. When we booked the room, we asked several times for a room with twin beds, days before and at the check in and they didn’t make any effort to help us. We offered to pay an upgrade too. The bed was small and we didn’t rest as needed.
