Pros:

Great pools, great location, lovely staff and fun day and evening entertainment.

Cons:

Could do with updating rooms and some facilities but overall loved my stay and will definitely book again

The building was dated and literally falling down around us - room had cracks in walls the windows were rotten the indoor swimming pool was under repair with scaffolding and nets up. The carpet by the lift was rotten. The shower in the room was a trickle and once hot couldn’t get it cold.

The position of hotel was perfect. The room was good size

Cons:

On first arriving we enquired about parking at the Carlton hotel and was unfortunately met with a hostile receptionist and again the parking at the hotel was not very good .and adequate. Also feel that all hotels needed a massive upgrade as all parts of the hotels were looking run down..

Disappointing. I travelled alone and was initially booking a room with a single bed. I changed my booking and paid more

Friendly staff, good facilities but missed out on my evening swim
Pros:

Reception and bar staff were lovely. breakfast was tasty

Cons:

Decor really needs updating, indoor pool opening/closing times need to be displyed better. Booked this hotel for indoor pool was open until 9pm and only had 1 night with my daughter for abit of a chill out time, however pool closed early due to removal of scaffolding, left disappointed.

Brilliant!
Pros:

Really enjoyed our stay. Hotel was very clean, room was very big, staff were friendly, beautiful pools, steam room, sauna and hot tub. Will definitely be back.

Having to pay for parking as we booked through booking.com.

L’emplacement à proximité de la plage du centre et de la gare

Cons:

Le service de restauration. Très mal reçu pour le dîner. On nous a fait comprendre qu’il fallait dîner rapidement car le service se terminait. Notre réservation était à 7h45 et à 8h45 le personnel a commencé à éteindre les lumières et fermer la porte du restaurant et à se montrer pressant pour notre départ. Dommage car le dîner était très bon.
