De loin pas ce que j’avais espéré.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht da - def Aufenthalt war in Ordnung - der Service leider nicht .
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sauber und schön . Die Saunen und der Ruhebereich sehr angenehm

Cons:

Das Personal war unterirdisch - kein guten Tag , kein sorry def Aufzug ist kaputt , können wir behilflich sein . Info Blatt in die Hand - fertig.
Auch beim Frühstück am nächsten Morgen kein guten Morgen , kein oh der kaffeeautomat geht nicht- tut uns leid - nichts ….
Das alles kann ja mal passieren , ist ja nicht schlimm , aber so geht man nicht mit Gästen um .
Wir fühlten uns nicht willkommen - sehr schade.
Einzig eine Mitarbeiterin aus dem Service , - sie hat unseren Schlüssel beim Check out entgegengenommen , da die Rezeption nicht besetzt war - war sehr freundlich !!!

Nach etlichen Aufenthalten in verschiedenenJUFAS werden wir in Zukunft wieder andere Hotels buche . JUFAS
