Pros:

Персонал на вищому рівні. Попросили заселити раніше-будь ласка!!! За це
дуже вдячний.Але нам дали номер,значно гірший ніж я бронював. Я вже не перший раз в Барселоні,але зі мною приїхали мої близькі родичі,які були неприємно вражені.

Расположение очень удачное, персонал очень приветливый, дружелюбный и отзывчивый. К чистоте в целом вопросов нету. Было комфортно здесь отсыпаться после насыщенных дней в Барселоне. Шумоизоляция отличная

Cons:

1) Розетки - type C только с одной стороны и обычная розетка только одна.
2) Скорость работы wifi оставляет желать лучшего
3) Телевизор не подключался к wifi, один раз сотрудник устранял эту проблему, но на смене когда его не было другие коллеги устранить не смогли
4) В душе был треснут пол и вода не утекала, было слышно как она хлюпает под сломанной частью
Салат цезарь с курицей на руф топе просто отвратительный, есть вопросы к качеству ингридиентов

Это все незначительные минусы по сути, но за такую цену просто ожидаешь как правило большего.

Viešbutis tikrai geroje vietoje 10/10. Pesonalas malonus. Labai payiko restorano personalas, ypač virtuvės šefas 10/10.

Cons:

Personalas malonus, tačiau nors oficialiai viešbutis deklaruoja, kad personalas kalba daugiau nei anglų ir ispanų kalbomis, realybėje tik tomis dviemis kalbomis. Pusryčiai skurdūs, pasironkūmas menkas(vėl gi lyginu su Lietuva). Tačiau restorano personalas ir maistas iš meniu per pietus ar vakare tūkrai 10/10. Kambarys, Lietuvos Druskininkų lygio viešbučių, net manyčiau, kad Druskininkuose aukštesnis lygis, nors kaina Druskininkuose 2-3 kartus mažesnė.Ganėtinai švaru, nėra chalatų kambariuose, nors yra viešbutyje baseinas(visiškai nesuprantama kodėl?). Deklaruota didelė dvivietė lova, taęiau ji iš dviejų lovų ant ratukų, ryte prabūdimas tarp dviejų lovų duobėje🤦. Žodžiu, pirmas apsilankymas, neturiu su kuo palyginti su kitu Barselonos viešbučiu, bet pirmas įspūdis kaina neatitinka kokybės. Tai tiek.
