The location is nice. And staff are friendly

Cons:

Before my stay, I received an excessive number of emails asking me to make the payment (basically 3-5 emails per day for 1-2 months). I contacted the hotel and explained that I intended to pay upon arrival, but was told that the system would continue sending reminders until the payment was completed. This was extremely annoying. After my stay, I also received several additional emails asking me to leave feedback.

Pros:

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The breakfast was amazing, and the hotel is conveniently located just a 5–7 minute walk from the shopping district and Casa Batlló. The service was excellent, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. We were very pleased with our stay and would happily recommend this hotel.

Great location, accommodation and staff.
Pros:

Staff were excellent, extremely accommodating and willing to assist. Property is a fantastic location with lots of great restaurants and bars locally. Room was spacious and comfortable, prosecco in the room was also a welcome touch amd roof top pool and bar a real bonus.

Pros:

We had an incredible stay at Olivia Balmes Hotel and would happily stay here again. The hotel is modern, stylish, and impeccably clean, with spacious, comfortable rooms and excellent facilities.

The rooftop pool was definitely a highlight of our stay. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Barcelona, with a great atmosphere and a beautiful space to unwind.

The location is fantastic, close enough to walk to many of Barcelona’s attractions while still being in a quieter area. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

We absolutely loved our time here and would highly recommend Olivia Balmes Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Barcelona.

Great staff and location but room not as comfortable as it could have been.
Pros:

Clean, great location, staff friendly and helpful, excellent aircon, Seventeen Restaurant was excellent.

Cons:

No iron in the room, nowhere to hang towels/robes, only 1 small bin near the minibar.
