Perfecta elección en Bogotá
Pros:

Habitación amplia para 3 personas. Nos ofrecieron un segunda habitación sin coste extra, que no aceptamos. Sencillo, limpio y a muy buen precio.
Situado en zona segura, cerca de buenos restaurantes.
El personal con mucha predisposición para cualquier cosa que se pedía.
Desayuno casero muy bueno.

Second time here, my hotel of choice in Bogota
Pros:

Modern, clean, comfortable, massive comfortable bed, great shower, friendly staff, safe and accessible location to Chapinero and lots of restaurants, shops, gyms, and bars; little kitchenette included

Cons:

I couldn't get my TV to work (but I didn't try that hard to be honest, so it might have just been me)

El personal de la repcion, principalmente la señora mayor son un amor.

La ubicación es perfecta, el aseo a la habitación 10/10.

Pros:

Gostamos de tudo. Há diferentes opções de café da manhã, os funcionários foram super atenciosos, o quarto é super aconchegante. Quando fomos estava bem frio lá fora, mas o quarto era quentinho. Banheiro limpo. Localizado em lugar tranquilo e sem barulho.

Cons:

A única coisa ruim foi a falta de elevadores, mas nada que atrapalhasse nossa viagem. Para quem está com muitas malas pode ser um inconveniente, mas nada demais.

Nel complesso abbiamo soggiornato bene al The Grace Hotel. La camera era molto grande e disposta su due piani: al piano inferiore c’erano cucina, soggiorno e bagno, mentre la zona notte si trovava al piano superiore. Gli ambienti erano spaziosi e confortevoli.
Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione era buona, con tre opzioni tra cui scegliere. È necessario telefonare la mattina per comunicare la propria scelta. Molto apprezzata anche la possibilità di avere acqua e caffè a disposizione durante tutta la giornata.
La posizione è ottima, in una zona tranquilla e vicina a diversi servizi, ristoranti e negozi.

Cons:

Tra gli aspetti negativi, l’hotel non dispone di ascensore. Le scale interne alla camera, che collegano i due piani, sono inoltre piuttosto ripide. Il lavandino del bagno è molto piccolo e la camera era un po’ fredda.
