bardzo dobra lokalizacja, czyste pokoje i piękny ogród

obsługa personelu zarówno na recepcji jak i w restauracji pozostawia wiele do życzenia, reklamowana pizza okazała się niedobra

Ho prenotato una suite junior , mi aspettavo una struttura molto più attenta nei dettagli. Diciamo che le 4 stelle , in questo momento andrebbero rivalutate. Sicuramente qualche anno fa sarebbe stato in linea. Ora la struttura necessita di un restyling. Pareti sporche e dettagli nel bagno che non sono all’altezza. Non è presente una pedana all’ingresso per le valigie soprattutto per me che viaggiavo carico.

Staff gentile e cortese; ottima pulizia della camera che era bella grande anche per quanto riguarda il bagno;prodotti da bagno di ottima qualità; colazione a buffet abbondante; 10 minuti a piedi dalla Reggia; parcheggiato sotterraneo presso la struttura

Cons:

Posso parlare della nostra camera:forse ci vorrebbe una tinteggiatura alle pareti ed un tavolo nuovo entrambi non belli da vedere per un 4 stelle.
Wifi nel mio caso ricezione bassa.

Bellissimo soggiorno a Casetta
Pros:

Hotel bellissimo con una bella sala colazioni a bordo piscina e vista sul giardino. Camera ampia, comoda, luminosa. Parcheggio sotto l'hotel, posizione abbastanza centrale per spostarsi verso la reggia e altre zone della citta.

Ottimo hotel con annesso ristorante La Bolla eccellente. Buona la pulizia della camera e molto comodo il letto. Bagno completo di tutto. Posizione ottima molto vicina alla reggia e al centro. Molto gradito il parcheggio privato.

Cons:

Leggero odore di scarichi nel bagno, muri della stanza sporchi. La stanza, pur essendo ben arredata, era più piccola di quella vista sul sito.

Soggiorno eccellente
Pros:

Il personale è impeccabile: sono tutti molto gentili e ospitali. Camera confortevole. Abbiamo anche deciso di cenare nel loro ristorante, scelta ottima vista la cena eccellente. Piatti veramente eccezionali. Se dovessimo mai tornare, sceglieremo di nuovo questa struttura soprattutto per l’accoglienza e la gentilezza di tutto il personale che li contraddistingue.
