Pros:

Great location and facilities.
What was very missing was hand towels and communication with live in staff.
The code would not work to get in and needed to contact staff after hours.
After much debate, was told code hadnt been reset.

Pros:

Location to Beach despite no views. Free parking.

Cons:

The doors to verandah didht open had to get catetaker , the lift wasnt working had climb a giant staircase from carpark lugging bags and then another 2 flights upstairs to the room being elderly it was a real issue. No offer to help with bags.
The pool wasn't heated and the verandah disappointing.
The table was so wobbly a wine glass fell and broke and there were no spares.

Convenient and affordable while working.
Pros:

We like the convenience to the beach and restaurants. It is quiet and comfortable. Being able to make a small meal is helpful when the restaurants are closed on Monday and Tuesday. Secure parking is a bonus. Easy check in and helpful assistance when things aren't going well.

Cons:

The cooking utensils are a bit limited. Better quality pan and pots would be useful for self catering.

Definitely on the list of “ I would stay there again “
Pros:

Very clean the bed is super dark formal Md it contains all essentials one would need for a comfortable stay away from home.
Room even has a dishwasher which was great !

Cons:

Clothes dryer could have been in the apartment however there is One in the garage free of charge
