Worst nights sleep in Darwin
Pros:

Centrally located. Big room.

Cons:

Noise. In 35 years of visiting 75 countries and staying in hotels, I’ve never come across anything like it. The wall behind the beds ran night and day with the loudest bushings of water from showers and toilets from the floors above. This made sleep almost impossible and ensured we spent as much time as possible outside our room. Unbelievably the AC in the restaurant was not working so extremely loud portable AC units were used. This was the most expensive place we stayed in our NT journey and by far the worst.

Lovely staff, great location
Pros:

One of the best parts of our stay were the awesome staff - shout out to the lovely Magda and Diane(?) for the chats and assistance. We had an issue with our first room and Magda was incredibly helpful and accommodating in finding another. Our room was super clean and comfortable and we had all we needed. The location is ideal.

Cons:

The pool area is quite dated and small with very limited space and lounges. Our second room could only get SBS channels, but thankfully we like SBS!

Perfect location for staying in Darwin!! Walking distance to everything you need.
Pros:

The location was great. Very central and walking distance to plenty of venues

Cons:

Not much you could probably do but the stains on the carpet made my room feel dirty.

Lovely staff, great location, spacious rooms, awesome shower.
Pros:

Location was great within walking distance to nearly everything we wanted to do cafes bars waterfront etc. Rooms were spacious modern and tidy. Bed was awesome and the shower and bathroom was perfect. Staff were friendly and professional. We loved it here would stay again.

Pros:

The food was well presented, both breakfast and dinner.

Cons:

The view for a 13 day stay was pretty average, 4th floor looking straight at another building, defiantly not a city view. It would have been OK for 2 days max. The rooms not being serviced during the day was also pretty frustrating, around 18H00 one evening and at 16H30 on my last night was not what I expected or anything that I have experienced staying anywhere else.
