Rooms needed a larger rubbish bin, a minute one provided which resulted in rubbish overflowing every day

If you have transport from airport to the hotel
The assistant manager on check-in was brilliant, went the extra mile to be especially helpful in what was at the time a stressful situation (booking.com relocating), however the lady in reception the following morning was the exact opposite: unfriendly and unhelpful.
Paper-thin walls, could hear clearly every time the guest next door peed or farted during the night, which unfortunately was very frequently in both cases!
Great location and the room was big. Got all the essentials.
The carpets were a little dirty with stains.

I stayed twice in June. My room in the first trip was on level 6 and had a newer bathroom and good view. My room during second stay was on level 2 and had an older bathroom and a view of a car park. Luck of the draw I guess.
