I enjoyed it, I was there for work and it was functional - Dinner was excellent
Pros:

Room 226 - large, comfy, sufficient utilities. Bathroom was good - little bit of mould in shower. Sufficient towels.
Staff: awesome - good genuine engagement, very attentive and helpful.
Breakfast: was ok...a bit more variety would've been nice. Better fresh bread rather than standard packet loaves would've been better.

Cons:

TV didnt work (didn't bother reporting, I was too tired),
Carpet looked 'tired' and needed a clean/ refresh.
No water in fridge (would've been nice, even just a small bottle)

Utterly unacceptable

Cons:

I had booked in for 1 night. I pre-notified the hotel that I would arrive after midnight on a late flight and they assured me they have 24 hour check in so it would be no problem. My flight was delayed and I arrived at the hotel at 02:30 am to be told they did not have a room for me due to ‘overbooking’. But this only on pressing the receptionist who clearly did not know what to do. Eventually a room was located in another hotel, and I had to take a taxi to get there. I finally checked in to the room (in the Novotel) at 4am. Clearly this would be unacceptable for anyone, but as a single female traveller, it feels especially vulnerable to be wandering around in the middle of the night.
