Pros:

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Grand Hotel Avcılar. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful.

The main downside for us was the location. The hotel is quite far from Istanbul’s main tourist attractions, so getting around takes more time. Also, our room was quite noisy, which made it a little difficult to relax.

Общие впечатления, благодаря персоналу, остались крайне хорошими, спасибо!
Pros:

Прежде всего хотелось бы поблагодарить и похвалить персонал отеля: номера каждый день убирались, предметы первой необходимости дополнялись, все было чисто и уютно в номере.

Отдельно хочу поблагодарить Эмира - ресепшиониста: с самого нашего заселения встретил нас с улыбкой, помог донести чемоданы до номера, рассказал все необходимое. И при следующих обращениях всегда с улыбкой и охотно помогал нам по любым нашим вопросам, спасибо большое, лично Эмиру ставлю 100/10.

И всему персоналу отеля большое спасибо, оставили очень приятные впечатления!

Cons:

Баллы снижаю только за ОЧЕНЬ однообразный завтрак, мы проживали здесь неделю и он буквально ни разу не менялся: все те же блюда каждый раз, очень мало разнообразия мясных изделий.

Так же отель расположен прямо с магистральной дорогой, где днем и ночью ездят машины, к сожалению, звукоизоляция была недостаточной, чтобы заглушать шум машин даже при закрытых окнах.
