Location was good, that’s it
Room were dark and depressing, shower head kept falling off the wall. AC was very weak
The location of the hotel was excellent. The uniqueness of the hotel was nice and this is why we chose it.
The breakfast was a bit crowded into a small area where people kept bumping into each other. There were often no plates available. We never got to sit upstairs on the terrace at night as it was a bookable space and not just for hotel guests. There was no air conditioning in the bedroom and it was very uncomfortable to sleep. I did ask reception staff to look but the temperature remained set at 33 degrees so didn’t come on. I’m now in a hotel in Florence and the air conditioning is set at 18 degrees by staff. Please do look at this for the comfort of future guests.

Der Aufzug war etwas „speziell“ und das Frühstück war sehr ungünstig aufgebaut, man stand sich immer im Weg und kam an Kaffee und Tee nur sehr schlecht dran. Etwas mehr Abwechslung bei der Auswahl des „würzigen“ Frühstücks wäre schön gewesen, aber insgesamt waren wir dennoch zufrieden und wer gern „süß“ zum Frühstück mag, der hat täglich eine tolle große Auswahl 👍🏼
Lovely little hotel. Quirky decor but that really suited us and added to our holiday vibe. View from the rooftop was amazing. Location was perfect and hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful.
Lift was a little scary but its an old building so what do you expect. It added to the ambiance to be honest hehe

Non ho potuto soggiornare per disorganizzazione, ho fatto il check in ma quando sono salita nella stanza era occupata da un altra persona in quanto c’erano gli indumenti ovunque, ma quando sono scesa alla reception hanno dato la colpa a Booking mentre nessuno della struttura di antica Dimora sapeva da chi era occupata la stanza che io avevo pagato. Ho dovuto attendere un ora ma non hanno risolto nulla e alle 9 di sera ho dovuto cercare in altra stanza altrove.
Location is perfect. Room is very nice. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Hotel/elevator is small but does what it needs to.

The rooftop restaurant was beautiful (except watch for the Seagulls who also like the view & the food!)
The room & the balcony were fabulous
The Breakfast buffet could be laid out a little bit better for ease of flow for guests, it got a little congested....

The fun room, it was quiet at night, superb location and I love that there is a rooftop restaurant and bar area. My second time staying though I probably won’t again, due to the smoking.
Cigarettes allowed in the restaurant and bar area!! Disgusting. It is not a non smoking hotel when people can smoke nearby. Even on a rooftop, it makes no difference, I am still breathing in their cigarette smoke. It is vile.
