Microwave in the room was great. After a hard days work I definitely enjoyed my microwave lasagna for dinner instead of dining in the restaurant.

Cons:

Staff were rude, especially the bar & gaming staff. Bed was rock hard and not comfortable at all. Broken door lock in the room was very unsafe.

Very quiet location with a beautiful view.
Pros:

Good central location within walking distance of shops. Bistro food was reasonably priced and quality. Room was clean with good quality bed linen and bathroom facilities.

Perfect for a staycay in st helens
Pros:

Location was perfect, central to the heart of st helens. The indoor pool was a huge hit for the kids! The rooms were basic but very clean and value for money.
