We stayed only one night, but wouldn’t hesitate to rebook if we visit the region again
Pros:

Loved the lift to access the floor we were on, loved having a bistro on the premises

Cons:

There was no parking on the property,however there was parking across the road. I was concerned about vehicle safety, but my concern was unfounded

Search for a better place to stay to make your trip to St Helens more memorable. We won’t be remembering the Bayside Hot
Pros:

Close to the middle of town. The linen was fresh and laundered.

Cons:

The room is outdated and there were no taps to put water in the bath. The shower head is the only means to put water in the bath. The tv needs upgrading and there was no WiFi. You are paying 2026 prices for 1980’s accommodation. The guy behind the bar at check in wasn’t very welcoming or friendly.

Lovely location, great weather and very relaxing.

Cons:

Would have liked to have a non slip mat in the bath. At my age of 73, I found it a bit slippery from the soap when I was getting out and only had the glass divider to hang onto.

Vacation travelling around Tasmania.
Pros:

The hotel was comfortable and near the Bay and shops . Everything worked .

Cons:

Our room looked out onto a brick wall and on other side looked onto an old covered pool with no sun and other units. There were other rooms overlooking the bay which would have been better if we had known this.

Very Pleasant Stay
Pros:

Greated with the warmest of welcomes , and was nice to not just feel like a number .
The room was amazingly clean , super comfy bed and fantastic shower.
Could not fault and highly recommend.

Our overnight stay great, loved St Helens- best fish and chips
Pros:

The room was great, comfortable and spacious.
The staff were lovely, friendly and accommodating. It was so close to everything and a short drive to Binalong Bay.
