The artwork and aesthetic of the space was awesome. Location incredible and it was a great value. My private bathroom was down the hall, which I was aware of and worked out great. Not something I’d recommend for families but for me it was perfect.
Lovely place and great location.
Excellent location. Friendly staff
It was super close to everything.
Bed comfortable and was clean
When departure time arrived the personnel didn't help me with bringing luggage downstairs flight of steep stairs and I'm an elderly client...good thing upon my arrival there was a very helpful employee 🙂
Great location, inside old Quebec City. Room was large with 2 queen beds. Tall ceilings and large windows.
The bathroom sink was way too small and crowded into the room.
Excellent location. Beautiful old hotel. Very quiet room. We were glad to have the first floor so we didn't have to go up more stairs with the luggage. It was very pleasant and very friendly! I'd stay here again.
The entrance was tough, but that cant be helped. Its an old historic building.
Great location a few steps from Chateau Frontenac. Beautiful Victorian decoration . Comfy bed. Nice terrasse on the top of the building. Access to a fridge in the basement. Nice coffee machine in the room.
Nothing
Location was excellent
Steep steps entering property and low railings on staircase and landings.
Location and comfortable suite with our own outdoor seating area.

It was perfect for me. I stayed in semi basement room (one person). It was comfortable, small but had everything I needed. I liked having desk at the window. Good location and helpful staff.
I liked the terrace too.
I could hear water in the pipes a couple times, I got used to it. Since I was in basement it’s expected.
