Lorsque nous sommes arrivés le detecteur de fumée émettait un bip sonore très fort dans l'hôtel pour se rendre compte que ce bip provenait de notre chambre ! PERSONNE dans la place pour nous aider.. plafond très haut donc impossible pour nous de débrancher le détecteur... Horrible, nous venions de nous marier au Pub St-Patrick et avions choisi cette endroit du a sa proximité mais nous avons dû retourner à la maison pour notre nuit de noce !!!!

Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Es gibt eine ruhige Dachterrasse, die man bis 22 Uhr nutzen kann. Die Betten waren zudem sehr bequem und das Zimmer war riesig.

Cons:

Das Waschbecken war so minimalistisch klein, dass es unmöglich war, sich zu waschen, ohne dass man das Bad unter Wasser gesetzt hat. Aufgrund der Ablage über dem Waschbecken passte der Kopf nicht darüber bzw. dazwischen ☹️

Zentral gelegenes und gemütliches Hotel
Pros:

Uriges Hotel mitten in der Stadt und eine Tiefgarage in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Cons:

Unser Bad war separat auf dem Flur. Das hat den Komfort etwas eingeschränkt (es schien jedoch das einzige Zimmer mit separatem Bad auf dem Stockwerk zu sein).

Great location. Adequate facility.
Pros:

Location is excellent. Staff were friendly and informative. Patio on 3'rd floor was nice..

Cons:

Need better stairs into the building. Beds were not comfortable. Would be nice to have staff available longer. Rooms need a freshening up.

Sehr gute, weil zentrale Lage. Hotel mit historischem Flair und liebevollen Einrichtungsdetails.

Cons:

Dass wir ein Souterrain-Zimmer bekommen, wussten wir und hatten damit auch kein Problem. Allerdings war die Luft dort stets etwas muffig. Das Bad war innenliegend und es liefen verschiedene Rohre und Leitungen offen sichtbar an der Decke entlang. Die Badewanne war an einigen Stellen vermackt und die Armatur etwas lose. Insgesamt alles kein großes Problem, aber eben auch nicht perfekt.

We had a very unpleasant experience at this property. Around 1:00 a.m., the fire alarm began beeping continuously, possibly due to a low battery or an electrical issue. We could not sleep and eventually left the hotel at around 3:00 a.m.

Additionally, the bed sheets and comforter appeared unclean and unhygienic, causing us to feel itchy. Overall, our stay was extremely uncomfortable.

La situation de l'hotel est impeccable - dans le vieux Québec, à quelques minutes à pied des principales attractions et restaurants.
Stationnement pas évident; il a fallu se depecher à décharger nos bagages.
Chambre jolie, mais au sous-sol; donc pas beaucoup de lumiere naturelle (quasi pas en fait).

Cons:

L'accueil était basique, voire limite. Les hotels ont tres probablement recours à des étudiants/jeunes durant l'été et ceux-ci sont incapables de nous fournir quelques explications sur la ville, les attractions. Service donc minimum, et meme pas tres agréable. Aucune aide non plus pour les bagages. Dommage pour un si bel hotel, si bien situé.
