Pros:

The staff, the staff make this hotel. Like most hotels in Bali the owners don't put enough money into maintenance, but the way of the staff make you feel and the way you get treated more than make's up for that! Truly professional

Comfortable stay in the heart of Kuta
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at The Bene Hotel Kuta. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and the location is very convenient, close to the beach and shopping areas.

Cons:

Everything was great overall. There were only minor areas that could be improved, but nothing that affected my stay. I truly enjoyed my experience here.
