Pros:

Petit déjeuner copieux et excellent, comme toute la nourriture du restaurant

Cons:

L'hôtel offre certes un environnement de sérénité et de calme incroyable mais reste éloigné du centre urbain. Ne convient pas si l'on veut sortir. a moins d'être en famille, ou de ... prévoir un peu de travail de concentration même en vacances, on finirait par vite s'ennuyer

I didn’t enjoy my stay
Pros:

The rooms were clean and the house keeping very nice the breakfast was good

Cons:

A lot was disappointing, there was no hot water in the room kept the water running but didn’t get warm… I kept calling reception for more then an hour and they did not answer plus the time was around 6:30 pm which is very early kitchen did not answer calls too …. I also had lunch there and do not recommend needs much more improvement… another thing I didn’t like was that they gave me the furthest room from the facilities so was a bit of a walk while there were many empty rooms closer

Le personnel était très gentil, la chambre au top et la piscine est vraiment le + de cet hôtel.
C’est un bel hôtel !

Cons:

L’hôtel est assez mal situé. Il n’y a pas grand chose à faire en dehors à pied. Il faut prendre un taxi pour se rendre sur les lieux intéressants.

La cuisine était correcte pas exceptionnelle mais surtout le temps d’attente était extrêmement long… Pourtant nous n’étions que 2-3 couples chaque soir.

Excellent ! Merveilleux ! Des gens adorables !
Pros:

Un vrai petit paradis! L’emplacement en pleine nature et front de mer, où la faune et la flore cohabitent. Le personnel extraordinaire et dévoué. Le petit déjeuner copieux et excellent comme tous les menus proposés.

We only liked the swimming pool

Cons:

I didn't like everything that was on offer. The food was bad, the shells in the bathroom are terrible that needs to go, WiFi, no TV, no face towels, and not having electricity all the time. The breakfast menu is horrible

Everything pretty much. The staff and facilities were exceptional. The only thing preventing a 10 is nothing to do with staff or facilities , just that the beach itself is not quite as beautiful as main Uroa beach.

Cons:

Nothing wrong with any of it. I did find the sea shell curtain in shower a little annoying that when seated on toilet the shells brush against you. Ovrrall 9.5 out of 10

Best place ever! this resort is something else, super super charming with an incredible pool (We have never experienced such a beautiful pool before). The atmosphere, the fantastic food and all the cute animals makes your stay very special and we will definitely come back again.
