las camas están super pequeñas, pedi cama dobles pero no creo lo fueran.
el vigilante o botones o de mantenimiento o no se que era de la noche estaba tomado cuando llegamos. no fué grosero ni nada fué muy amable pero en una emergencia no creo pudiera ayudar mucho.

Demasiado ruido de camiones
Pros:

Que se ubique dentro de una plaza con restaurantes de cómida rapida y tienda de auto servicio.
La limpieza, servicio y alimentos estuvieron excelentes.

Cons:

El hotel se encuentra sobre la bajada de una vialidad muy transitada por camiones de carga. Toda la noche se escuchan los camiones frenando con motor. Si bien los camiones no se pueden evitar, sí es posible que el hotel habilite mejor cancelación de ruido en las ventanas porque es imposible dormir.

Que no te digan que para salir del estacionamiento sí o sí tengas qie pasar a la oficina de la plaza. Te "validan" tu boleto con unna firma y te dicen que si hay algún problema vayas a la oficina, lo cual terminas haciendo porque la firma ea inútil. Te hacen perder tiempo por no decirte que vayas a ña oficina.

Juan Carlosthe security guard made this trip such a good experience for me and Icant thank him enough
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The staff member Juan Carlos deserves a raise or a promotion he went out of his way to ensure we remained calm with all the caos that was going on. He made sure to get us some food with us being on lock down. He escorted me outside and stayed with me the whole time so I would feel safe.

Cons:

Everything was perfect.
