Except for the hope with the luggage, everything else was fine.
Pros:

Nice clean property. Facilities in room were all good

Cons:

Had a bad experience with help re luggage. We had quite a few bags and asked the reception to send somebody to help. The person who came was not very keen in coming out, did not help our Driver with unloading the bags and had an attitude as if it was a burden that he did not want.
I would have complained at the time, but my wife prevented me from doing so, but I thought I’ll bring it to the attention of the hotel management.
They have to understand that a person like me who is 75 years old needs help with the luggage and they should be willing and very happy to do so. We stayed in Taiwan for nearly 3 weeks and not in ANY hotel did we experience this kind of poor service.

מקסים טוב מאוד
Pros:

מיקום טוב מרכזי קרוב לרכבת , כמה דקות ברכבת מtaipei 101, מיטה נוחה מאוד, חדר גדול מודרני ויפה,מואר, אמבטיה טובה גדולה מקסים.!!!

Cons:

הם עכשיו קמצנים לא היה קרם גוף, לא היה סבון ומלח לאמבטיה לא היה סבון נוזלי לשתיפת ידיים , רק בתוח המיקלחון היה סבון קבוע בקיר היה אי אפשר להוציא משם לאמבטיה 😏😛
