Charming historical hotel at Plaza Herrera
Pros:

Amazing property with a highly interesting history. Staff is wonderful and the location in Casco viejo could not be better. The decor and design of the hotel is beautiful. We also enjoyed the on-site restaurant for a delicious lunch when we arrived early early before check-in time.

Cons:

It’s not the cheapest, but still reasonable. The breakfast included in our rate was sufficient, but a bit sparse.

Pros:

O hotel, que é um edifício histórico, está muito bem preservado. Além da beleza e conforto, conta com uma equipe muito bem treinada: profissional e simpática. Gostaria de agradecer pelo cuidado que tiveram com meus filhos, tanto na acomodação, quanto no auxílio na circulação do hotel.

Agradable sorpresa en Casco , Panama
Pros:

Muy centrico, habitacion muy comoda con todos los servicios. Productos de Cortesia (cremas , shampoo, etc) excelentes de una marca muy reconocida.

Pros:

At the heart of Old Town, ATH was excellent. A hotel fit for magazines, the lobby staff was professional and welcoming. I had a large room with the balcony facing the church and it was a great experience. Any outside noise was minimal surprisingly even with the church bells right across the room. Love it and would definitely stay again!

Great experience, but did not love the surprise fees that I was never able to get back.
Pros:

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and it was in a great location. The staff was friendly, the food was delicious, and very reasonably priced.

Cons:

There is a lot of noise from the neighborhood especially in the evenings. Lots of loud music from other venues.
The thing that was most aggravating is that I was charged a $250 incidentals, $50 a day for 5 days. I was told when we were checking out that I was going to get an email from the hotel showing that the refund would be processed. I have yet to receive any email, and have been unable to get anyone on the phone as the phone number listed online is inaccurate. I feel like I got cheated.

Hôtel pas sable mais le vrai 5 étoiles c'est le Hayat à 2 minutes à pied

C'est un 4 étoiles pas à 5 étoiles et il n'y a pas de concierge, l'hôtel gagnera à être rafraîchi et l'architecture est délaissée, les employés ne connaissent pas les points d'interaction principaux ne savent pas où acheter des chapeaux Panama ne savent pas où acheter des cigares ne savent pas où acheter des chakabana, à ce point de vue aucun soutien du personnel

Good visit to Old Panama City
Pros:

A nice hotel in the old area of Panama City. the staff was very helpful and nice. The room needed some maintenance since it is an old building.
