Disappointing for what we paid
Pros:

Location , friendly responsive staff

Cons:

Air conditioning didn’t work , had awful first night due to heat . We were moved to another apartment next day which was smaller and less facilities with no suggestion of any recompense. Even a later check out time would have been a nice gesture
Also curtains dirty , bed not comfortable

Séjour très confortable dans un endroit agréable
Pros:

L’emplacement, la vue et la luminosité était très bien. Les photos représentent bien la réalité de l’appartement. Le personnel est très sympathique et a l’écoute de nos attentes. Prêt des chaises et parasol pour la plage.

Cons:

Robinet de la salle de bain serait à remplacer car nous n’avions pas accès à l’eau chaude et la pomme de douche laisse à désirer. Coussins des chaises extérieurs devraient être remplacé.

Nice small hotel close to restaurants and beach
Pros:

Staff are wonderful, very accomodating, carried are large bags up to our room and down when leaving. Asked how we were doing everyday. Our second room (suite) was modern and nice. Offered us another room while our air conditioner was being replaced and brought us a large fan. Close to bars snd restaurants. On main road so easy to find. Pool is very refreshing and great to have.

Cons:

Should have proper pictures for each room so when you select a room you are guaranteed what you selected. Did not like our first room, was not what I expected. This would be the only reason I would not go back. They moved us 4 days later but a pain to move and wasted a day of our holiday. Building was older and had odd room layouts. Second room was wonderful. Pool could use some clean lounger cushions. Nice to have a full kitchen but utensils very lacking, need bread knife, sharp knifes, cutting board, toaster, drinking glasses and bags to change garbage and collect recyclables. More hangers a must and luggage racks. Should be at least 4 lawn chairs for big decks. Key pick up after 5pm was a little hassle.

Decent place, great location, lacks creature comforts
Pros:

The location was great- quiet area a couple blocks from the main restaurant strip and a building away from the ocean. The pool was shaded and cool the whole time but a nice amenity. The beach was awesome. The room was spacious.

Cons:

The beds were the most uncomfortable I've ever experienced, the pillows and towels were few (one per person of each), the water pressure was a drip that couldn't possibly wash my hair, and the front desk has minimal hours so you can't get help after 5 pm (say to get extra towels or pillows). For a last minute stay on a busy weekend, it was fine but I'll look elsewhere next time.

Séjour agréable et confortable
Pros:

La proximité de la plage, la piscine, la gentillesse du personnel, le prêt d'équipement de plage, le rajout d'une cafetière dans la chambre à notre demande, la proximité du centre-ville.

Cons:

1 des matelas était inconfortable et la douche avec de minuscules jets tout éparpillés! Avec de longs cheveux épais, pas pratique.

Perfect kitchen suites and right by the beach!

Cons:

Only thing is we brought water in easy. Maybe mats at the entrances ?

Muy buena opción de alojamiento
Pros:

Buena comunicación, personal amable, lugar limpio, cómodo y tranquilo. Ambas habitaciones contaban con un mini refrigerador y agua. Al llegar la habitación estaba fresca, lo cual en este clima es algo que se disfruta mucho!

Corales is in a great location! My Paradise Beach Club is right behind it. It's a block or two away from most evening noise, but still an easy walk to Town Square. As always, the staff go out of their way to ensure we're well taken care of!

IT IS QUIET AND QUANT....YOU FEEL SO SAFE, FREE, AND RESPECTED. ALL THE STAFF IS KIND AND VERY ACCOMODATING- NEXT YEAR I WILL MAKE SURE TO REMEMBER EVERYONES NAME: THE DESK STAFF-NATALIA..JAZZMAN AND ANOTHER YOUNG WOMAN -THEY ACTUALLY LOOKED LIKE SISTERS WERE WONDERFULL----IT WAS GOOD TO SEE DANNY....ESPECIALLY SINCE WE REMEMBERED HIM FROM OUR FIRST VISIT ---THIS WAS OUR FOURTH---WE HAVE TRAVELLED TO MANY CARRIBEAN DESTINATIONS...BUT THERE IS NO PLACE LIKE CORALES SUITES....I WOULD LIKE OTHERS TO DISCOVER THIS JEWEL IN MEXICO, HOWEVER, I WANT IT TO REMAIN..INTIMATE AND QUANT AS IS....LOOK FORWARD TO RETURNING NEXT YEAR...IT'S EASY, AND AFFORDABLE AND THE PEOPLE ARE VERY NICE.
