Wonderful!!
Pros:

Rooms were lovely, comfortable and spotless. The Beer Garden was amazing, food even more so and very reasonably priced. All the facilities were top notch. Looking forward to our next stay

Cons:

The only drawback is the walk from the car park to the front of the hotel, and it's certainly not insurmountable

A lovely, restful evening in Mallow, North Cork.
Pros:

The lady who checked me in was very nice and friendly. So was the lady who checked me out. They were chatty. friendly and welcoming and very helpful about parking.

Cons:

I was happy with the hotel and everything and would stay again if I'm in Mallow.

Central location

Cons:

Very dated. Towel was threadbare and ripped while drying myself. Only 1 big towel the rest were small including the spare in the drawer.
Staff in the bar/restaurant were not interested in serving, cleaning the table or anything at all really. Had to look for someone every time and then it was like you were bothering them.
The lad in the cocktail bar was no better.

The food was good though so that was positive.

Pros:

Goed restaurant beneden, vriendelijk personeel. Extra stoel lenen was geen probleem.

Cons:

Het is heel warm in de kamer, alsof de verwarming aan staat. Oude beddenspiraal met priemende veren.
Stampende olifantenfamilie boven ons.
