Central mallow location with lovely staff.
Pros:

Staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful throughout. The location is very central in Mallow town, parking is conveniently located just behind the hotel.
There was a wide selection of breakfast items, they were good and plentiful. There is a good carvery at lunchtime and a decent bar menu throughout the day/evening.

Cons:

The temperature in the bar area, where we had reserved seating in the evening was quite cold, we had a few oaps in the group however when we asked one of the staff they adjusted the heat setting which helped a bit.
We ordered dinner for 7 people, the meals arrived quite promptly & tasted good but were not very hot. We had lunch in the same area the next day and the temperature of the room and meals were much better, so perhaps it was a one off.

Habitación limpia y cómoda con todo lo necesario para alojarte. Personal muy amable. Tienen aparcamiento gratuito ,no está en el propio hotel, está justo detrás del hotel, pero ayuda mucho porque no es fácil aparcar allí

Goed hotel. Mooie, ruime kamer met koffie- en theefaciliteiten. Uitstekend bed.

Enig minpuntje: gebrek aan verduistering door de gordijnen.
