Für einen Zwischenstopp auf unserer Radtour gut!
Pros:

Wir hatten 5 Zimmer gebucht, alle waren zufrieden. Die Zimmer waren groß und boten ausreichend Platz. Das Frühstück war auch ok. Zu Fuß braucht es ca. 15 min. in die Altstadt, das war für uns total in Ordnung.

Fabuleux.
Pros:

Bon accueil du personnel , lits très confortables , bon petit déjeuner buffet , hôtel situé à côté d'un arrêt de bus pour rejoindre le centre ville.

Leider war unsere Erfahrung mit diesem Hotel eine Katastrophe.

Wir haben das Hotel über Booking.com reserviert und im Voraus bezahlt. Bei der Buchung haben wir unsere Ankunft zwischen 11:00 Uhr und Mitternacht angekündigt. Anschließend erhielten wir jedoch eine E-Mail, dass die Rezeption nicht besetzt sein würde und wir einen PIN-Code für den Zugang zum Hotel und unserem Zimmer per E-Mail erhalten würden.

Diese E-Mail haben wir nie erhalten. Mehrere Anrufe beim Hotel blieben ebenfalls erfolglos, da niemand erreichbar war. Nach über einer Stunde vergeblicher Versuche, Zugang zu unserem bereits bezahlten und reservierten Zimmer zu erhalten, mussten wir schließlich ein anderes Hotel buchen.

Es ist absolut inakzeptabel, dass Gäste trotz gültiger Reservierung und vollständiger Bezahlung ohne Zugang zum Hotel und ohne jegliche Unterstützung zurückgelassen werden.

Ich kann dieses Hotel leider nicht empfehlen und würde aufgrund dieser Erfahrung auch von dieser Hotelkette abraten.
