Cons:

El calor era muy fuerte no se calmaba ni con los ventiladores.
La señora (adulta mayor) de la recepción (primera ventana) en las mañanas, muy mal educada, ni respondía el buenos días. El resto del personal excelente.
En la reservación estaba claro que eramos 4 adultos y una niña, solamente un día nos dejaron 5 toallas, el resto solo 4 toallas.

disappointing and stressful

nothing about the accommodation but wandering around the historic buildings was interesting.

Cons:

We knew the room was going to be small but there was no where to put suitcases. There was nowhere to hang a towel to dry. The one window had a broken blind so could not be moved up or down easily. There is no hot water in the sink tap so my partner was unable to shave. You had to hold the tap on with one hand while trying to wash the other and it gushed out. There was no control over the speed the water came out. There were no sockets near the bed for charging the phone, although it was advertised that there was. It was in a location surrounded by street hawkers making it difficult to move around and after they finished their day, they left a mountain of rubbish everywhere, which did not get cleaned up until just before they came back the next day :-(

Hôtel très central dans le quartier historique (le plus agité de la ville, pas recommandé pour un séjour prolongé).
